Customer service was unavailable at this Cumberland farms ! I asked "OSTIN" if he could help get my card out of the pump ...His response was you have to wait im doing something else then proceeded to continue cleaning the lot and changing the trash.

Always a great spot to get a quick cup of coffee that (unlike Dunkin or starbucks) won't break the bank. The place is generally always clean. I went in on a Sunday, it wasn't crowded at all. I'm not sure how it is on weekday mornings. Gas prices are comparable. Plenty parking for the most part, if going inside. Nice variety of snacks and meals. Overpriced candy, but cheap overall.

The fact that this store still lists its self as 24 hrs is laughable when the sign in the window now states it opens at 5 am which is what time I start work being right next to my job means I can't get my coffee in the morning shelves are barely stocked when I go in for lunch the store has gone down hill fast don't know if it is new management or workers not caring.

The freeze machine doesn't work, bin out for about 2 month, the first time that I ask about it the lady if I can call her lady came with attitude, I just asked what was going on with the machine? Look the respect you earn it, you don't request it, to get respect you have to show some respect, the service for the customer are not to great

This is the best Cumberland Farm's I've been TOO!! It is always clean & stocked with all the goodies! The staff & management are always sooo friendly & accommodating. Anything they can do to make you happy they do!! I've been to many Cumberland Farm's & this is by far the BEST!! I been to many that the staff are lazy & will say anything to get out of making food. Not THIS ONE anytime I ask they make it with a smile!! A special thanks to Kentece & Hector (manager) for being on top of everything & making my experience great!!

I'M 62 ON SEPTEMBER 12TH AND I'VE LOVED CUMBERLAND FARMS ALL MY LIFE. THEY TAKE FOOD STAMPS ON COLD ITEMS. TRY THEIR BRANDS YOU'D BE AMAZED AT HOW AWESOME THEY ARE.

I couldn’t believe the customer service. I stood in line and waited for my turn after two people who were ahead of me. When I asked Jeannette how to reload a netspend card, she was very impatient and she told me to go to the rack to get a card first and then she would scan it and add the money for me. I explained to her that I had never done that before that is why I need her to tell me how it’s done. I went to the rack and got a reloadable card. When I went back to the register, she said that was the wrong card. I told her I don’t know which card to get. She said that I needed to get at the back of the line which by that time had about six or seven people. I told that I was already in line and I don’t have time to waist. I was so angry by then. I called her a B—CH and left the store.
