I have had a wonderful experience with this credit union. I have been a member for decades. Countless auto loans, mortgages, credit cards, personal loans - you name it - I was even able to procure an extended warranty for my daughters car. Obtaining a loan is fast and easy and the rates are unbeatable. The staff has always been wonderful to me!

They have good rates for loans but they have made numerous account errors during my time as a customer. They were even direct depositing my money into somebody else’s account at one point……

This place is a joke. I had 2 transactions that I did not make and Linda tells me there is nothing they can do til the money is taken out of my account, that then after I can dispute it. She is rude, inconsiderate, and unfair. And this is what the bank must represents. I clearly told her I did not do these transactions and she practically tells me “there is nothing I can do and that this policy all her clients are ok with... no Linda they are not ALL ok with it. She tried to dominate the conversation by repeating things in different ways and not letting me express myself. Terrible customer service, I know I work in that business. And still claiming she can’t do anything. Meanwhile, I have my card stopped and blocked from making any transactions instantly this has happened. When I call, I have been by Linda, the system stops any unknown or suspicious transactions...but yet nothing can be done here. She got rude calling my name over and over when I was speaking in a normal tone to her. I had to raise my time and tell her to stop and listen to the customer. She didn’t even want to let me talk. Linda really didn’t even want to attend to me, she clearly stated “they can handle this, I don’t know why they passed you to me” well seems like someone just doesn’t want to do their job today from the beginning of the conversation. Rude and dishonest and unfair service. What is the point of repeating the fraudulent transaction when i see it. You should say “don’t call us with false transactions til after we take your money” oh and it happened again and again their suggestion is to replace my card!!! this place is A JOKE!!!!

The most unreliable and unhelpful group of people I have ever had contact with in my life. It’s not even just one person. Everyone who works there has no care to help you. All they do is run you around, and talk in circles. They have no idea what they’re talking about. Horrible experience. I highly recommend you do not take a loan out here. I never will be ever again.

Nice unless you lose your job or have a crisis. Then they refuse to work with you and just want their money immediately. No payment plans, no one to talk to, just pay up or else. Sad to say all of the big banks were better with customer service in this regard, who would have thought.
