Overall, the store is great. The employees are helpful and pleasant, especially Desean. The only thing that I might complain about is the pricing. Most items are too expensive for being in a thrift store. Ex: Used plates are $1.00, I can get Brand New plates for $1.00 elsewhere. I can also purchase a brand new blanket for under $20, I paid $15 for a used blanket. Price haggling isn't allowed and it should be.

I used to like this store ..All the good stuff gets sent to the headquarters. But all the staff is super nice. bring back some good items

A beautiful thrift with a lot of hidden gems. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is well organized.

Several times I went there to donate my things. Never I was treated with courtesy. They are rude and get really picky without understanding nature of the items. (indoor lamps they didn't take because he thought they were outdoor. I tried to explain - didn't listen to me). I repeatedly ended up taking more then half of my things back. Last time they were so rude, I ended up taking all to landfill. Premium art, vases, clothes they could have made money on. It's not worth dealing with rudeness, transfer station employees are much nicer.

I really enjoyed working here. There are times that we do get pretty busy throughout the weekends but there’s a lot of great stuff to buy over here. Most of my coworkers and the managers are very nice to me. If anyone is interested on buying any specific items, please come to the store you won’t be disappointed. We always keep ourselves professional and do our very best to keep the store organized.

I shop at Goodwill stores. This one is my favorite. All have low prices and a fea market assortment of stuff But this one has class: displays are organized and tidy; articles include name brands and a wide selection of sizes snd styles. Last spring I bought a beautful cashmese sweater for $9.99! Last week I noticed that I was wearing all Goodwill clothing except socks and underwear. And i appreciate being able to donate my best stuff to Goodwill.

I have been donating to this location for years with no complaints. However, this morning the worker was on her phone, couldn’t be bothered to look at me in response to saying good morning, nor very concerned that I was short and trying to put fragile items in the bin. And sadly kept talking to a co-worker about food as I had to ask if they give receipts. I understand it’s not a very luxurious, exciting position but some social manners at a job, especially before 11am, is somewhat helpful.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Tried to go in 20 minutes before closing, was stopped at the door and told that I couldn't enter due to them closing... in 20 minutes. What???? I've thrifted at this location for years, I drive 45 minutes to come check out the boston post road thrift shops. Safe to say I wont be back.
