I have been going to Tranquility Spa for quite some time and have always been more than satisfied. Yesterday, I went to Yarina for a custom facial, and it was the BEST facial I EVER had. I knew right away I was in the hands of an expert. Yarina made sure I was comfortable. Yarina was friendly, informative and so very nice. Highly recommend her, but please leave appointments for me!!!!

I had a little hiccup with one of the services, and the manager Lauren rectified it IMMEDIATELY. Their customer service is as amazing as their services offered. I got a pedicure done by Rachel and was very pleased. We had a good conversation and had some things in common so it was a nice experience. She was able to keep up a conversation and still deliver exemplary work on my toes. I got a surprise massage for my boyfriend while I had a pedi, but he didn't care for it as much as I would have liked. It was his first time getting a full body massage (unbeknownst to me) and he wished there would have been more pressure but he was unsure of if he could ask or not because he wasn't sure on what was included in the services and if the massage was set-in-stone to be done a certain way. If the massage therapist had checked in with him a little more he would have expressed his concerns but he's quite reserved and doesn't like to "trouble" anyone. He did feel relaxed after the experience but it didn't do anything to help him with the back pains he usually feels.
