I first when to Milford and after I tried Sono since they open not long ago but my experience was not much better. I found things all over the place stuff didn’t even look like they worked there. I don’t know what happen to Victor secret and customer experience.

Me and my wife went in there the other day the pink section to be extact cause they closed it off into to different stores. But by far this is the worst experince i ever had and we shop here all there time. We was being watched and followed by one of the empolyees non stop every where we went she went and mind u there was already 3 empolyees on the sales floor with no customers inside when we entered. It was so annoying and i honestly felt like we was being racial profiled. And i never bring up or pull the race card in any situtation in my life because i wasnt raised like that. But we contined to shop because my wife wanted to and so i said something out loud enough so the empoloyee can here thats when she decided to talk to the customer that came in behind us about the sales than she continues to follow us and cashed us out I wouldnt shop at this location again.

Just went in today and the customer service was not good. I had been shopping at multiple stores beforehand and a worker with short brown hair kept looking into my bags as she asked me if I needed help (I’ve worked in retail and I get it you need to make sure people aren’t putting vs product into other bags but you don’t need to make me feel like I’m doing something wrong when I’m not) then she checks me out and was nasty the whole time. I didn’t have my VS credit card on me so she looked it up for me, but instead of being nice she glares at me and says nothing. Then when I’m ready to leave no one says thank you or to have a good day. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
