REALLY NICE & FAIR OWNER. TRUST HIM NOT THE GRUMPY OLD MAN ON THE E SIDE OF TOWN who runs his pizza shop like the mafia. Connecticut doesn’t have good pizza up here anyways (I’m from So NJ near Camden & Delaware) and let’s be real ct doesn’t have amazing pizza. New England never did. But this place is better than riverside.

I've always enjoyed the food from here and have received delivery. I was told today when I tried to place an order that they would not deliver to my house in Thompson. Tried to tell me my house number wasn't in Thompson.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a bowl of chili and a pepperoni pizza. The chili was good but I felt it could have used some more flavor. The pizza had a very nice crust, crispy on the bottom yet chewy. Maybe too much cheese and that overshadowed the sauce but good overall. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.7.

Crust was very thin, could barely hold the toppings. Sauce was also very thin and too sweet. Broccoli on the veggie combo was weird. Just why. Husband was also not impressed. We are not portentous eaters and are used to eating cheap pizza. This was terrible imo.

Good prompt service, friendly staff, good pricing. This place has been a staple in the area for over 50 years, and a go-to for all. Pizza was good, not too greasy.( You do need a certain amount for flavor!) We ordered a large pepperoni and a small plain. Both were good. Will be returning!

When I'm visiting my brother and his family we hit this place from time to time. It's really good. I've had buffalo chicken pizza (they'll do buffalo sauce base or pizza sauce base, be specific) and meatball pizza with feta. Both were quite good. Their jalapeno poppers are the best I've had. Nice staff and we've never waited long.

We ordered half pineapple and half pepperoni with caramel glazed onion pizza. It was just okay not better than other pizza parlors and pricier as well. The owner and co worker were nice but not overly which is fine since they were busy. We ate inside and the place has lots of tables and chairs with t.v.

If you think you’ve had good pizza, you need to try Thompson house of pizza! It was unbelievable. The staff was busy and still had time to more then take care of me and they were all very pleasant and welcoming. The cheese was stretchy and delicious, the sauce was perfect and amazing. I can’t even tell you how perfect the crust was either because it was 10/10 and you should just try it tonight! Not to mention it was extremely fresh and ripping hot. I’ve just found my new pizza place. Thanks for doing Pizza right I’m impressed. -Wade the Solar guy
