Horrible “customer service”, if you want to call it that. The unit had lizards and an insane amount of spider webs. My items literally spent one day in this unit before I requested a cancellation. I had the lease for a total of two days. A month later they billed for the unit after I requested a cancellation. I do not recommend this facility at all. It’s unkept. The personnel is spiteful and unprofessional. And they’re unorganized if they can’t process a simple cancellation request.

Kelly was awesome right from the phone greeting!! Took me through the steps and got me all set up with a units. She was kind ,courteous, knowlegable and I am so Grateful. Dale was also wond e ful as well with helping me open my unit when I got to unit and called with a question. I wish all company's were so kind, caring and courteous

From the very beginning of my dealing with Peninsula Mini the experience has been great. Dale has been exceptional with assisting me. The storage spaces are very clean and he goes above and beyond. I recommend Peninsula Mini highly.

I started with one unit @ $79. a month, I needed a second unit (moving) and the rate was $99. (approx). After 6 months my rate was increased to $139. for the first unit, and $159. for the second. I was sent a letter with the rate increase, but no explanation as to why. When you sign on to rent a unit you have a budget in mind and it factors into your selection. Since the rate almost doubled it was a shock. The units saw no major improvements? In fact the second unit #136 door was in need of repair.
