We bought our first boat here and are very happy with everything. Ron our salesman is a straight forward great guy. When we first picked the boat out it did not have a motor (shortage from covid) and like everything else there was no idea when we would get a motor. We put a deposit down while waiting on the motor and we were told we could cancel at any time if needed. We were kept updated as time went by. After a couple of months went by we got our motor and our boat was delivered to us about an hour away. We did have a small warranty issue that suzuki would not cover but Ron took care of us and reimbursed me for the repairs. Very happy with our 18ft manitou pontoon boat. Thanks to everyone at pontoon express!

Huge shout out to pontoon express. I put my boat on consignment and got treated extremely well. No BS. I have worked for other boat dealers in the past and know exactly how poorly consignments are handled, so I speak from experience. In fact, its why I had originally decided to drag my boat home, and sell it privately. That was until I heard Ron had taken over the business. I decided to give them a shot. Best move I could have made. Long story short, high integrity is what you'll find here. It doesnt matter if your buying or selling, I recommend them. Please folks, do remember, during these still trying, post covid times, there are many things outside the control of our suppliers. Most places cant get people to work, so theyre short staffed on top of that. Be patient, and have fun on the water!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! My wife and I went in to simply look at new pontoon boats. The team at Pontoon Express spent roughly 2 hours with us discussing options, answering questions, and making sure the boat we chose would be the best fit for us and our family. Absolutely no pressure to purchase, which we appreciated. We left the dealership surprised at how well we were treated and decided this was the place we wanted to support. We decided the following day to move forward with the purchase of a boat they had in their inventory. We were given a realistic time frame of what was involved in purchasing. Shortly after, the new outboard was delivered to the store and installed on the pontoon. They kept me informed during the entire process, was quick to respond, and always willing to answer questions of a first time boat purchaser. That meant a lot to me. We closed on the boat today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I work in automotive sales and have seen great stores, and poor stores in terms of their customer experience. While boats are not cars, their purchase price is relatively similar so I associate them on the same comparison. I can’t express in words how well the team at Pontoon Express treated us from start to finish. If you’re a first time boat buyer, or even someone that has purchased pontoons in the past, do yourself a favor and visit them. Their transparency and honesty is truly amazing. Kudos to the team at The Pontoon Express.

Took our boat there 6 weeks ago. Was told it would take 6 weeks to sand blast and paint for 1800.00. Then was told our boat would be ready on 4/30/21 we drive from pa a 3 hour drive , we call when we get to the area and was told they forgot to do it that it would eve ready the next weekend. Again we drive down and show up this time, unannounced. There was a partial stripe done, ( like a test strip) we go inand was told that the follwing week they have 2 days with nothing scheduled and they will get it done . We call this week befor coming down was told it still wasn’t done that they do a little on our boat inbetween working on other boats . For real!!!!!! Just told a customer their boat is less important then their other boats !!!!Today we show up the same stripe is still there , no additional work was done, And our trailer had a flat tire, a huge pile of trash surrounding our boat , husband goes in and was told half the work was done and he wants payment for half the work, 1; not even a third of it was done , just a test stripe,. And because of the flat tire we could tell they haven’t worked on our boat since the last time we were down we point out the facts and was then told we don’t have to pay. . Looking around it appears they are more concerned with the pontoon work cause it’s more money then our little boat . We took our boat and we are taking somewhere else where they guarantee our boat will be done in 5 days .they are aren’t customer service oriented and take. Zero responsibility for their actions.

We had a horrible experience and gave the owner the opportunity to make it right. They took no responsibility. Used buyers beware. Last weekend we went to take the Bennington out and it would not start. After trying to trouble shoot it we had to have it pulled and looked it. We were very unhappy to find that what was wrong all should have been disclosed to us during the engine check which Pontoon Express performed before our purchase. You told us that the boat checked out 100% which was not the case at all. We have had electric issues since it was purchased and we now have a $2100 bill because there was so much sludge in the fuel which we were told was winterized and dewinterized. Bad plugs, rotted hoses.... see attached list of issues. Justin flat out asked your techs about the plugs! Had we been given the correct information we could have made the decision to have it fixed before we bought it or walked away. Now we have no boat and a $2100 bill. This is my second bad experience with Pontoon Express as the first boat has similar issues! I’m emailing you to give you the opportunity to make this right. Please reply or call. Second email after a call into the owner. I'm aware that you do not plan on doing anything to make our situation right. I'm writing this to make myself feel better because I've been sick over this! We came to you in good faith, even after the issues I had with the first boat. We didn't have the extra $2,400 in our budget to spend on these repairs but it never should have been an issue if the checks you said were done had been. We TRUSTED what you said even after we got there and speakers, lights and switches were not functioning properly. If we had been given the correct information we could have made a decision about the boat knowing the true condition. It saddens me that a sale was more important to you then a family and their money. Justin and I are both business owners and would never treat clients or customers this way. I truly thought that after we brought this to your attention you would help us make it right. We were not expecting you to flip the bill... but at the least meet us half way. We recently sold our first pontoon AFTER putting $2,600 into it because we wanted to sell it knowing it was right for the next buyer. We aren't a boat dealer, just good people with a conscience. My assumption was that a boat dealership would at least do the same.

Bought a Manitou Pontoon and trailer from them. Had the boat 2 days and it failed due to a dead short. It took 2 times to finally get that corrected. A couple months later the powder coating starts to bubble up. I show it to Pontoon Express and am told " that its normal". I call Manitou and they agree its not normal and needs to be replaced. I get a call to say its completed and when we arrive there's new pcs still not installed sitting on the floor, once it finally was completed I get told by Gary that this is somehow my fought someone must be using a charger near my slip. ( i did call 2 powder coating shops and both agreed the dead short to the frame which i had when buying the boat would cause the exact damage that was done) Every piece of metal has now been replaced and I get it back and there is a large hole in the side of the playpen metal that has some cheap electrical outlet cover on it. We call and are told if it were them they would seal it to prevent and water from going inside the seats.. It was them that did this! 2 days after getting the boat back we notice the battery is gone, we call and ask if it was left out . Today I get a call from Gary who again tells me this is my fought it must have been stolen from my house, the boat has been under cover and watched by cameras that I did indeed go back to look just for him only to see no one has been near it. He is by far most rude person I have ever met and I will be sure to tell all I know about this experience

With pontoon express, it just easy. More expensive yearly to take out paint and store and maintence but there are no hidden fee's. We even had a small issue with our carpet and they and the manufature took care of it like in less then a week without us needing to do anything. Truly a great place to shop and work with. I feel that they really do care about us a people and not just a sale. We bought a 3 toon boat as your supposed to be able to ride on the ocean, and we probably could on a nice day but they showed concern and helped us with apps showing wind speed and wave hight and such but as of right now we wont take it from Indian River to Cape May, maybe sometime just not yet. Prices seem fair, small company both Pontoon Express and Manitou pontoons do a fabulous job on making summer fun and affordable with a customer first focus! This is one of the very few 5 stars I have given.
