The team from Perry’s drilled two wells for me to serve both my main house and a modular guest house. They show up when they say they will and they are finished when they say it’ll be finished. It’s great do business without the BS I encounter with so many other projects on my property. I called them right at five pm and they were able to fit me in the next morning. I told them the problem and they came up with a straight forward and inexpensive way to fix my well. I am truly impressed by their level of service and honesty. We will only being doing business with them from this day forward. Two weeks later I called and he was able to make it the same day when my water shut off. Had the parts available and did it quickly and professionally. Absolute professional that figured out the problem quickly. Can’t recommend Eric highly enough

I had a low water pressure issue at my home and called Perry's Pump Repair. Eric from Perry's came and looked at the system and immediately noticed two issues. The pump was not turning on properly and I had an issue with my filter system. He quickly solved both problems for a reasonable price and I had the best shower I have had in three years. OMG, nothing like having great water pressure again. It's not easy to find quality honest professionals these days but, Perry's is both. I recommend them if you are looking for someone who gets the job done.

I highly recommend Perry's Pump Repair for any well repair. From the moment I contacted them I got friendly, accurate, clear and precise information to effectuate a repair for our office after a garbage truck ran over our irrigation well (to save a mailbox). Chris and Eric, both, provided explanations, clearly explaining each phase of the work. They were easy to work with in scheduling the repair for a weekend day so there was no issue with conducting business. They arrived promptly, initiated the repair quickly and explained all issues as they came up in a way that made it easy to make decisions. Shane and Kevin were onsite for several hours and are hard working young men. Perry's Pump Repair is an expert in well repair does their job well and I am very happy I found them. Absolutely amazing! Techs showed up on time, great personalities, explained things and didn’t act annoyed when questions were asked. The price was THE BEST around! Diagnosed problem and had it resolved in 2 hrs. (Which included pulling drop pipes and redoing some plumbing). Phenomenal! Would recommend to anyone. And if I ever need well/pump help again (fingers crossed) they will be the first I call! 10/10. 5 stars and any other high rating I can give! Thank you!

Early this morning our well sprung a leak at the shut off valve. Without hesitation, Bodie drove to us and repaired our well in less than 10 minutes! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I will wholeheartedly be recommending Perry’s Pump Repair to everyone from now on! These guys know their stuff, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!

Spoke with Chris about getting water to my property. After several attempts from other drill companies. Chris and his team came in and bam 1st shot they were able to get me a well in. This is by far the most professional and experienced well company in North Florida. After connecting every drill company in lake city and the surrounding areas with no luck from anyone of the drilling companies. Did I mention we tried every company and no one was willing to drill in my area. I was at a loss and was ready to give up after a year of trying. Chris was eager and confident that he and his team would be successful and the were. We are very grateful that we called Chris from Perry's Pump service and we would recommend this team over anyone else.

Great experience. I called around 9 am and received an appointment same day. Dallas was great, he was very thorough and explained everything to my husband in detail. He gave his recommendation for what work was needed without pressuring us to make a purchase. I do wish I had been told about the $150 service fee prior to scheduling my appointment, but that may have been on me for not asking. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I will be using their services again in the future.
