Arrived at Tires Plus early to get a jump on the day. I was there at 07:00 when they opened the doors. They told me that to get a simple alignment job, I'd have to drop my car off because they had 'appointments' - yet no-one was there. I was the only person at the place. They just didn't want to do the job as far as I can tell.

Stopped in to get a basic oil change done. Was told I had to make an appointment several days out. I was told they only have one mechanic working, there was not one car in the shop, and the only mechanic was sitting in the shop playing g on his cell phone. This company should just close its doors till they decide they actually want to work......

I'm very satisfied with the service I receive there. They don't try to upsell and force you to get things you don't need. I've gone to several locations due to moves and they all treat you with respect and fix only what needs to be fixed to keep my car properly maintained.

We took our daughters car there for an oil change and tires, and to have the overall car checked as she is a new driver. A week after we gave her the car she was driving home and the wheel came right off the car. There is a witness that also watched this happen. Thankfully she managed to get the car off the road and the wheel did not hit anyone else. The car has a destroyed fender, door and bumper and I am sure front end damage. They clearly are not hiring people that are qualified to work on vehicles as making sure lug nuts are tight is a pretty basic item on the list of auto repair. Got a flat and limped in. They started work and had the job done in 15 minutes. While the had the car on the lift I asked them to check the brakes and rotate the tires. Very pleased with service.
