The parking here is non existent. I seen trucks parked here for YEARS in the same spot. To the owner/ general manager please pull your head out of where the sun don’t shine. Walk around this joke you call a parking lot and see for yourself there’s no parking for paying customers. The Dropped trailers don’t make you any money. A actual driver will go inside, pay for food, showers, and other things which makes more revenue for your store. One hand washes the other and both wash the face. Sooo let me guess? “HAVE A NICE DAY”.

No parking. As a OTR driver, if you're looking for a place to park. Don't waste your precious time coming here. At best it's a fuel stop with "reserved" parking for local drivers. The lot is full of dropped trailers. Cars parked holding spots. And junk trucks busses, etc. I can't review amenities as I was unable to park and use them.

Got lucky and found a spot before Father's Day Weekend. I'm from here and this truck stop is terrible. Sad to say but it is. Customer service is non existent. It depends on who's working at the fuel desk inside the store. Otherwise it's pretty much all you got if you live in the area, unless you park in Ft. Pierce and drive 30-45 mins south. I truly have never known this place to be good, but it has definitely gotten worse. I will say parking spaces are clearly mark and big enough to get your truck and trailer in the whole.

This place is not bad but not good. Starting off with the bad. The lot is absolutely chocked full. Cars parked in spots meant for trucks. I get saving it for local drivers but it would make sense to have designated parking for designated purposes. EX: set parking for dropped trailers (or don't allow it), set parking for locals, set parking bobtail, set parking for others just trying to find a spot for the night, ect. There is also a trick without a engine or transmission which idk why it is here. Trash is dumped behind trucks and dropped trailers are everywhere (some not even road worthy). Below I will have pictures of just a fraction of what is here. Now for the good. The store is clean and fresh. The diner is very good, pricey, but good. The people working are very nice and professional. I would expect a nicer place to park that costs $26. I mean at least keep up with the trash. I've paid for parking at diff places which is roughly the same to park but have clean area to park and not have dropped trailers everywhere, along with other things.

The power terminal was down when I went through there, however they still let me use the bathroom and that was super helpful for me at the time because my kidneys were screaming. I always try to stop at the 595 when I'm going through in Florida. They could use some more truck spaces to park in but I understand the limitations of space. Having reserved parking would be helpful.

Feels like a junk yard, super tight and packed in like sardines. Visibly dirty and overpriced. Tried to not judge a book by it’s cover as we’ve been to some not so great looking truck stops before. Walked in and smiled at the man at the counter and hello. He didn’t even look up or acknowledge. I can see by the other reviews there were similar experiences. Won’t return. It’s sad when people won’t even greet you back when you try to be a nice person. The owners reply to this makes me cringe, a perfect example of not taking responsibility or listening to customers. There were gross McDonald wrappers and beer cans here, it’s gross & instead of paying someone to clean it up he’d rather get defensive and deny it. You’re not gonna have a business for long with an attitude like that.

I was here for 2 days. 04/02/22 and 04/03/22. I'm not sure why the owner responds to all the negative reviews and says they are not true. Most or all of them are true. This place is extremely tight. A lot of trailers parked everywhere. Drove around for 45 minutes looking for an open spot to park. Saw other drivers driving around for well over an hour in circles looking for parking. People do park all over the place. The restaurant was closed on Saturday and Sunday. Make sure you bring food if you have to stay here. When I went for a shower as soon as I was about to open the door the employee walked up to me and said "it's clean in there right?" I responded "shouldn't it be clean?" Than she said "yeah yeah it's clean." As I walked into shower I saw hair on the toilet and sink. I informed her it wasn't clean. She proceeded to tell me that it was already cleaned. Anywhere you go near Miami you have to pay for parking. To be honest this place feels depressing. I would not say this is a reputable truck stop like love's, pilot, TA, Petro, etc. Heck I've seen truck stops like Casey's or Quick Trip that are far better organized and far better service. This is more of a spot for locals to park there truck or dump their trailers. Employees do have an attitude but I can understand, I would too if I had to work here. I would give negative stars but unable to do so. For future deliveries in the Miami area I would plan more accordingly and avoid this truck stop.

I have been here twice. First time I had paid for parking on the website and it double charged me. I was well taken care of and half of it refunded without an issue. I am back for a second time and this time was single charged on there website. This place is nice, clean, and wonderful food. Honestly, despite the cost to park, I would park here again. For those that disagree about paying for parking, look at these lots that don't charge, and don't clean up there lots, with trash and God knows what else lying around. I am picky on my truck stops and the ones that are well kept up are the ones I come back to. This is a good truck stop with good food. Well worth the stop even if it's paid parking.

First note no food or fuel covers the cost of parking because each section is owned by different companies. Fuel purchases covers a free shower only. The black lady with the high ponytail however needs an attitude adjustment. The gentleman who has the curly hair was so pleasant and professional as he explained everything to me, so I am sharing it here. Now, if you only need two hours to sit go to the pull up lane. Again you can sit there for 2 hours only and you are being monitored for time, so be professional and leave when required. Don't mess it up for other drivers. The lot is large and in pretty good shape. I did not see the junk as others stated in previous reviews. They have a security guard that monitors the facility as well. It is best to park in a lot because the plazas get full fast and if you are NOT in a parking space expect a officer to wake you up at a early hour and make you move. The food at 595 is good. I wished they had tacos, but they do not. There is a truck wash/washout facility on site and a repair shop. If you need a COVID test they have a facility outside for that too.

Avoid at all costs. Convoluted entrance with poor signage for where to go. Scrap and dropped trailers everywhere. Essentially has no free spots. Paid parking is not uncommon in big cities, Miami no exception. However, if I pay for a parking spot I would like to actually have a spot. After getting into the paid lot I found out they sell more tickets than they have spaces. The security guard directed me to just park in the middle of a lane (along with numerous other drivers) and wait for someone else to leave. This is all well and good except for the fact that I had had a long day of driving and was hoping to go to bed to drive the next day. The store is dirty and routinely plays notices of the wide variety of things they will fine you for over the loudspeaker. Almost reminded me of how prisons are portrayed in movies. The attached picture should show you everything you need to know about this place. Decided to leave and found better parking elsewhere.
