Owner or manager I don't know deliberately overcharged me and if I wouldn't have double checked him he would have ripped me off for $20 I I don't know if it was the owner or the manager that did this to me but he deliberately did this because the lottery machine tells how much to charge and he made up a figure and I just said okay and paid it so this is obviously a very common occurrence that happens on a regular basis at this particular location so do patronize this location due to the fact it is being owned or operated or managed by absolute thieves
