I've been to this store 3 times over the past month to purchase parts for my vehicle. I went to the store yesterday to get a valve cover gasket. Jeffrey assisted me at the counter. He asked if it was left or right. I told him that I didn't know and if he would be able to look at the car and tell me. He said he wasn't a mechanic and he didn't know. Jorge walked by and I told Jeffrey that he always helps me out and I would ask him for assistance. After Jorge looked up the part on the computer he advised me that there is a valve cover gasket set that comes with both the left and right valve cover gasket. This is the third time that Jorge has helped me at the store and he has provided excellent & professional customer service each time. He takes the time to help customers and not just standing around the store talking to co workers or going outside and standing by the entrance smoking cigarettes or vaping like others do. Jorge is knowledgeable and even though he isn't a "mechanic", he takes the time and effort to excel at his job. He is an exemplary representation of your company that the staff in the red shirts can learn from.

My battery died twice today - before and then after work. After work I was able to get it jumped and I drove to AutoZone to get it replaced. When I pulled up, I realized that I meant to look for Advanced Auto Parts because last time I had an interaction at AutoZone (in Winter Park off of Aloma), it was a very bad interaction and I swore off ever going to AutoZone again. However, as my battery was completely dead, I reluctantly walked into AutoZone in Fern Park. I was met at door by Ezequiel who was incredibly friendly, held the door for me, and was eager to assist. He assessed the battery situation and from the sounds of it - I could have had a very bad situation on my hands soon had I just kept jumping it. He was quick to help find a battery that worked for my car and gave me a really good deal as they didn’t have the one I was looking for. As we were finishing up the transaction, Dominique (I believe his name was - please forgive me if I am wrong) took my new battery out - replaced the old with the new - and ensured everything was working before letting me go. It was quite an annoying day but the employees at this store really made this situation - which would have usually stressed me out - very non-stressful. I wish they were my local store in Deltona. However - since I work in the area - I’ll definitely be back to this store when I need something! Never once did I feel like I was “being taken for a ride” although being a young female - I usually always leave these stores feeling like I have been. I truly couldn’t have asked for kinder more friendly and prompt service today! 1000000/10 would recommend!

By far the best auto parts store. Being a single mom not knowing much about cars, this has been the only location to help me with fixing my car. Esequiel even assisted me and helped w a couple problems in my car that nobody elsedid. Thanks!

Pulled into auto zone to get my battery tested. Was unaware until the hood was popped that there was a small fire in/around my engine. The auto zone employee Ezekiel grabbed a fire extinguisher and put it out. He was calm and professional and it was very much appreciated as I have never encountered anything like that before. Will continue to shop here because of that experience. Thank you.

Kinda not nice people. I found out the car needed an ignition coil replaced with their diagnostic tool, and the first time I used it and brought it back to him, he told me I did it wrong because the odometer data didn’t transfer. Turns out it’s a common issue, according to his coworker. This coworker asked him what was wrong with it and he could barely mumble out that he needed to enter the odo data. Later this day, I went back to buy a new ignition coil (very helpful lady on the phone who helped me find out what to buy, btw) and the guy at the register I checked out at smoothly asked for my phone number, as if he does this mandatorily. I know it isn’t mandatory, but the smoothness is what makes you answer quicker. I realized as I finished telling him my number what he did. after that he asked for my name.. I regretfully gave it to him. Also, I selected for the receipt to be sent to email, but nothing came up on the pay pad and he handed me a paper one instead. These things feel wrong, probably because it is wrong. The casualness sales tactic.. They have what I need but some people here are shady.

Thank you "Zeke" for your help and quick resolution of problem. My battery was dying and I had a business appointment across town. Zeke quickly offered his assistance, checking/confirming the battery issue. Gave me 3 choices of product/pricing - explaining the difference. He quickly/professionally installed the battery and made sure my automobile was charged and ready to go. Zeke was courteous, professional and quick to assist. I also noticed him helping/coaching fellow team mates in the same courteous and professional manner. Zeke, a big thumbs up!
