Not a bad place per se but it was supposed to be open until 6. When we arrived to donate at 515, donations were stacked outside and the door was locked with no one in sight. Sign on the door said they were open and not to leave donations outside. No bell or anything so... I'm not gonna be upset if someone steals the stuff that was being given away.

Great place to drop items off to help the community. But I think they do not want junk.

Great place to donate. My only complaint is one of the employees. I dropped off donation items many times throughout the month and the same employee has such a bad attitude people coming in. As if every time I was bothering him. Never addressed us. He just comes out of the back with headphones in and bothered to communicate with me because he’s listening to music or on the phone with someone. Not sure if customer service skills matter for this type of position and I certainly don’t except Chick-Fil-A service, but I expect a welcoming attitude.

Not too far away. Easy to drop off small items maybe not for large items like furniture. Go to 34th street location for that.

Lots of available items! Love anything that helps people to reuse/recycle their gently used items!

Prices a little high for stuff they get for free some things they have I can at Wal-Mart or Dollar store cheaper and new. Thought they were for people who were in need. Sad
