This place is a little over priced. Don't get me wrong the amenities are okay, and I like the location but plenty of other places around here for better prices. Problem is most of the other places have higher deposits, requiring 3000$-4000$ to move in. Deposit here is lower but rent is high by like 200$-300$ Lack of parking is kind of annoying. Shouldn't have to park an 1/8 mile away if my parking permit guarantees me a spot. The spots should be numbered, and only assigned to residents. problem solved. My biggest complaint is the sound coming from the AC unit on top of my apartment. My unit is set to ON at night, but the Unit down stairs is set to auto. Because of this, I hear their unit turn on and off 10-15 times throughout the night. Sounds like someone is hitting a bass drum each time it turns on. When I explained this to maintenance they said there's nothing they can do. I wouldn't have moved in if I new I was going to need a white noise machine and ear plugs to sleep. Not fun being repeatedly woken up.

It's an apartment at a "quiet" beautiful beach! The leasing team will likely tell you that's an amenity... amenities are provided by the apartment, the beach is not, but it's the only "amenity" to speak of. There's a "gym" if you can call it that. That's it. No other amenities to really speak of. There is no community here because there is no common area like a lounge, there are no get togethers. We pay as though there were all those things though. Don't get me wrong I love the location! My neighbors I know are awesome too. Managed like a police state though and priced too high compared to comps. I've been here two years and will be three soon, sorry I signed another year now. Management does 1 or 2 apartment checks a month. They always have a "reason" for entering so its legal, but it's also annoying, an inconvenience, and belittling (I'm not a prepubescent teen). I don't have anything to hide but it is an inconvenience and honestly I just don't want random people in my apartment once or twice a month with as few as 12 hours notice. It's not necessary. This place could be 4 stars but the policing has become ridiculous. But still, why 2 stars?? I come home from work at 6, apparently a third party (another random stranger) did pest control inside my apartment. THEY LEFT MY DOOR OPEN WITH THE KEYS IN THE LOCK!! A neighbor told me that they left property around 2. So they left my apartment vulnerable for at least four hours. Some of my things were out of place but I don't know if anything is stolen yet or not. We have had homeless persons living in bathrooms and closets on property, even had a neighbor tell me a bum walked in their apartment while doing door checks (looking for unlocked apartments to loot)... with such a recent vagrant problem you'd think the apartment management wouldn't be so reckless with my living space!! It's no wonder units just sit empty here.

This place is by far the best apartment community I've ever lived in. It's insanely affordable especially considering you're right across the street from the beautiful gulf of mexico. We had a terrific move-in special with one month free and a cheap security deposit. It seemed like during our hunt all places asked for first last and a security deposit making it impossible to afford all the upfront costs. Missy helped us get approved the same day we applied and made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. Maintenance is quick to fix anything even a light bulb. I can't believe everything I'm getting for the low price.... plenty of space, beautiful floors, stainless steel appliances a washer/dryer and the most perfect location. I watch the sunset every evening over the water and can walk to countless amazing restaurants for dinner. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking and will also probably renew my lease!

I like living here alot! There has been some new building glitches that will likely lead to some bad reviews in the future. My place was fine. Beach is right there, not in a super touristy location. All appliances are brand new. View is really nice if you are on the ocean side. Neighborhood has most things you need in walking distance., Staff is nice, but could be more accommodating at times. When I first moved, I didnt have internet set up yet and needed to get some things submitted for work before noon. Unfortunately, they wouldnt let me hop on the office wifi while I waited for the cable guy to show up.

STAY FAR AWAY - Gestapo Management. We were the first family to move into this so-called luxury complex. It is very overpriced and faulty on so many levels. Two of the closets organizers have fallen down and collapsed with everything on them. They were not properly installed and anchored to a stud; Very VERY dangerous. My son was luckily in other room, otherwise it would have been fatal. The mgt sold us on the "fans" in the second floor apt to come in a month later and demand they change them all to cheap imitations without the remote. I didn't want them to come in and move my furniture around but they did it anyway...It took them three months to get a fitness room key to us that was promised on day one. Tenants are required to use parking permit stickers to park in the lot. My car has a sticker on the outside right corner as they told me and while I am out of town and tow my 370z away!!!!! If you value your property and loved ones do not rent here.
