I don't care if the gas is cheap I'm never going back there again cuz I might smack somebody in the face because he's a wise guy! When you make a mistake you apologize to the customer you don't make a joke with sarcasm two times! When you mess with the wrong person and you get messed up!

It's a 50/50 chance if you get a parent cashier or if you get a nasty one. The female manager has a nasty attitude herself so I started going to Wawa. The inside is usually very clean. The outside is clean for the most part around the pumps. But the air and vac are dirty and not working most the time.

Might have really good prices compared to most convenient stores, but lacking in all other areas. Not as clean as it used to be. Staff is rude, little or no knowledge of products and location of, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you are acknowledged at all, it is with a less than cordial attitude. I only go there if no other option. Tonight, not unlike other nights, they were closed (during business hours) when I got there. Their sign, as well as the pump lights, were lit up. However, no one was in the building, lights (inside) were turned off, and the only cars on the premises, were the ones pulling in, failing to get gas. This is the last time I attempt to patron their store. No matter what the reason - the prices aren't worth the inconvenience or the negative air that lingers with you for some time after you have left.

firstly, went through the drive thru, no one responded for about 10 minutes, so then pulled up to the window, no one was there. after, went inside to make our purchase since the drive thru wasnt responding. then we decided to get gas, bad bad decision. We got bad gas, made our car act like it was dying. had to go to one of the autostores next door and we finnally figured it out. they said they get lots of people in that get BAD GAS AT MURPHYS EXPRESS.we did fix the problem. then we called customer service and you cant get a refund unless you have a certified machanic say that it was bad gas, which would cost more than the $20 we put in the tank. terrible terrible customer service. Shell and Wawa have consistly good gas, go there.

Used to be our favorite gas station. Their attitude and service have gone downhill in recent months. The last three visits we encountered no receipt at the pump. Each time when we had to walk inside to get the receipt there was no "we're sorry", just a sullen attitude. Last night was the final straw. When I received "Derek's" smug response I told him to inform the owners we would no longer be getting our gas there. He made the mistake of announcing (while I was walking away) that "Well, the paper in those pumps frequently jam". I spun around and dressed him down in front of a line of customers. Hope some of them start boycotting Murphy too.

Can almost always count on Murphy's to have a good gas price and if you go inside staff has always seemed friendly to me.
