Not sure what was going on with Beck Nissan. I had a couple recalls that needed to be fixed... and they would not fix them because the original owners name was still listed... you would think the vendor number would have been enough....I was given a number to call and show proof of ownership so that my information would be uploaded in the system... needless to say I did that and was still turned away... That isn't the end of my story....stay posted for part 2...

Our 70 year oldfamily member purchased 2016 ford edge with 70,000 miles for $29,000 strike 1. The car broke down the first week of ownership . The car sat for a week and when they came to to get the suv the battery was dead . They returned the car stating nothing wrong ! Strike 2 The suv battery after a week had a dead battery again ! She had walmart install a new battery . Week goes by and the New battery is dead again. Payed to tow the car back to the dealership and believe it or not the car after 2weeks is Mia .today with the great customer care from penny we were told that the Walmart battery brand don't work in newer Ford's ! Strike 3 This ignorance from the service manager from beck ford to the lack of taking care of the customer is beyond disrespect . This family member is 70 years old lady or anyone deserves this . Thank you penny for everything but shame on all of you at beck ford and Nissan

Had issues with my back up camera. Spoke with Penny. She set up my first appointment to have my camera checked and the second appointment two days later when the replacement camera came in. Penny was super nice on the phone and by email and was an absolute sweet heart in person. The service department was quick and efficient. Thank you for a nice experience. Catherine Franks

I’ve never had such a flawless experience dealing with any car dealership as I had with this purchase. No hidden agenda, all factors were transparent and open. Everyone involved were professional and courteous. I was taken to the service department, introduced to all there that I will see in the handling future needs and felt assured that I will be dealing with honest forthright folks. The sales lady, Anita Spears, was EXCELLENT, answered all my questions without hesitation! All in all, it was a pleasant experience!!

Great atmosphere saw Mr. Randy Day moving vehicles in preparation for sale. Told him I was looking for a sedan with good gas mileage and space for instruments and cargo and safe for family. He recommended a couple and to talk with Mrs Anita. It was a pleasure working with her and the conversations we had of kids church and etc. very stress free enviroment

Very pleased with Beck, left a 5 star yelp review! Wish all Nissan dealerships sent out a survey! Especially since Universal City Nissan are complete shiesters (I also left a yelp for them). Here's my Beck review: Wow! They have restored my faith in dealership service centers! I wish all dealership service centers were like Beck! I called the day prior to make an appointment for an oil change, which I have under warranty. They had several openings and were so kind and respectful when I arrived. I told them I'd give them my warranty information but they looked it up and immediately found it, which was a very happy shock. At Nissan Universal City they refused to look up my warranty and tried to charge me for the oil change plus (see that review). But at Beck, they put their customers first! Also -- I told them to please check my alignment, which is not covered under warranty (only tire rotation is, which they did) and I said if it needed an alignment to please do it. When they finished with my car, they told me I did not need an alignment so they are HONEST as well!!! Highly recommend! It's even worth driving 40 minutes to an hour out of your way to go here!!
