Did anyone ever consider the pressure they have been under during the pandemic? They have very stressful jobs and are under appreciated. If they seem rude and inflexible when administering your booster shot, it is because they have done so many booster shots and have so many more to give that they want to be efficient. I heard someone arguing yesterday because his prescription was ready but couldn't be picked up until the next day. Please people, have some empathy. Be kinder to the ones who are trying to keep you healthy and remember all they have done, especially these last few years.

Refused to give me my covid booster in my right arm even though I asked. Didn't give me a reason why they couldn't. I'm left handed and just wanted to save myself a little inconvienence. Do yourself a favor and take your business literally anywhere else.

The pharmacy technicians are absolutely the rudest people of any pharmacy we have ever shopped at. This continued behavior needs to be addressed by store management and if store management is unwilling to address the consistent rude behavior than the corporate office needs to fix the problem.

Been trying to make appointment for the vaccine and getting no where. Palm Beach county is not in the drop down menu. Takes me around and around and no luck. Why is it so hard to get an appointment and they say that not enough people are getting vaccine.

I hate that every time I go I stand at the counter (acknowledged) and watch them tap away at their computers for a good 30 seconds before I’m even spoken to. Once I’m finally acknowledged I’m treated like I’m a Nuisance rather than a customer spending my money. Not all have been rude but specifically the younger Caucasian woman that wears a ponytail, twice (on two separate occasions) has made me feel uncomfortable. She’s short with customers and has an attitude.

I transferred my RX here and I have been treated very well by all pharmacy staff as well as the Pharmacist. Very pleasant.

Everyone else besides an older white gentleman are extremely nice. I understand there are procedures but there should be a way to regulate them without being an A hole. Or at least provide information regarding your decision not to do your job. He acts like hes the dr and doesn't seem to want to give you the medication that you were prescribed by a REAL Dr. My girlfriend wont have anything to do with this pharmacy because the same gentleman has done the same thing to her. I go there out of convenience and if you find yourself there be careful. Hopefully it's just something he has against my girlfriend and I and treats other people better.

The white coat pharmacist gentleman was nice. But the front desk girl, Emily was rude when I just tried to get information for my prescription.
