Jade is amazing! I had an issue for my dog and needed something very specific and Jade took the time to help me try it on and check us out even when my dog tried to grab a bone on the way out we were able to get everything resolved everything I needed and she was so helpful I highly recommend this store

Placed an online order to pick up, got notification to pick order up. The store had no clue about my order, not did the have all of the items I purchased online in stock in the store. Completely wasted an hour of my day coming to get an order that doesn't exist. Go elsewhere and save your time, major disappointment

Terrible grooming department. After waiting 15 minutes to get checked in they tried to force me to upgrade (30.00 more then I’d paid in the past), when i didn’t want it asked the manager to wave it he said no it’s a new policy. When i complained and said this is not cool you shouldn’t b able to force an up grade on people but said ok because i didn’t have a choice then the groomer Drew said he wouldn’t groom her at all now because he was uncomfortable with the confrontation. OMG really?!?!?!3

Have been coming here for nearly 7 years and have never really had a problem, until now. I was waiting in the back for help with taking a fish out of a tank, and nobody showed up for about 10 minutes. I eventually walked to the front counter where one worker was having a conversation with a customer and the other was shuffling around papers. I asked if I could receive help in the back and was replied with “There’s only two of us, you’ll have to wait” in a very mean demeanor, by a woman named Jody(or Judy). I said it’s no problem, I’ll be in the back waiting. I waited about another 10-15 minutes before approaching the counter again. When I got up there the younger worker was helping a customer at the register and Judy was still standing at the register and waved to me and said “if you’re ready I’ll take you here”. Not acknowledging the conversation we had 10 minutes ago, I replied “I’m actually still waiting on service in the back”. At that point she completely raised her voice with me and got over the top rude. I replied with “ma’am I don’t know who you think you’re speaking to, but this is not how you work in customer service”. I then made eye contact with the younger worker and she followed me to the back to assist me. I have worked in customer service for 8+ years and have never encountered someone quite like this women. I see she’s been mentioned in other reviews as well. I even think she’s a manager. Maybe corporate really needs to get involved, but you’ve lost my business after 7 years thanks to that woman.

This is for Petco Grooming In short, I'm never coming back. We've used petco grooming for almost 2 years. I found I was often unhappy with the results but would go back and was always reassured they would do better. The next cut would be fine and then the following would be terrible again. They've left his nails too long, They've cut all the long hair off his tail (that looked interesting.) But the reason I will never go back is because twice my 14lb dog was there for over 4 hours. That's not ok. I would call to check and the excuse was always "a call out and they are behind." But my groomer was working. Yet my dog suffered. The last cut was it for us. Our dog was there for over 4 hours, they didn't trim his hair on his body, it was just a bath and nail trimming. When I got him I thought his hair was long but after 4 hours I wasn't keeping him there any longer. The grooming cost $70. There are much better places than this. This is run by a bunch of kids who have no respect for their customers or dogs. I will never return.

Took my dog there for a nail trimming and a bath. Friendly people, great service and the dog looked and smelled good. Set my appointment for next month.
