All the shirts I bought from any location have started falling apart with one wash. I’ve had them less than a week.

This place is a tourist trap. Extremely rude employees. I sat at the counter waiting to purchase items for at least 2 mins before the girl finished her conversation while staring at me. I literally had to ask “Can u ring me up please?” Then finally somewhat acknowledged me then sort of tossed me my bag. This is my second time with terrible service at Alvin’s. You would think that the tourists bringing in all the money to this franchise would get a tiny bit of friendliness and acknowledgement otherwise they’d be broke. Will never be back. Sunsations was a much better experience and I’ve told all my vacationing friends to not go to Alvin’s. JUST HORRIBLE. And the clothing falls apart badly. SADDDDDDD

A 6-pack of Bud light is $16.49. Now why in the world is their beer so expensive? Is it magic beer, does it taste better than the same brand from another store, does it last longer? On top of the extravagant pricing, it wasn't even cold. They should change their name to rip-off city. The store was clean though.

We bought an alvins island boogie board and 5 minutes in the ocean the black die from the ink bled all over new swimming trunks. Alvins wanted to try another board 🙄. No customer service at this dump. 😒

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. No refund even on a new unused item to swap. Go somewhere else.

Extremely bad service and they don't want to do nothing and the store was super dirty. Never going back.

Very bad Service of the workers are very rude to the customers and the manager is the worst of all because she answers you with a lot of attitude when the client deserves respect because we are the ones who pay. Don't go to these stores because they have a Jamaican of bad attitude. I think she's the assistant because of the way she speaks. #7 store . I hope that the company of these stores will soon receive a letter of claim from me.

very rude staff. TOURIST TRAP DO NOT GO!!! eveeything is iverpriced and you would be much better off buying things somewhere else. disgusting bathrooms with no toilet paper, and when we asked staff for some, they said they have none because they were about to close. DO NOT GO EVER

LOVE this place! Super cool store and a LOT to pick from, usually pretty cool workers and fairly reasonable prices for everything, some things are pretty expensive but not out of range haha, a nice selection along with a bunch of GREAT sales. You should definitely try it out if you're a tourist!!

This is a great one stop souvenir shop! This place has everything and not just generic gear, they have name brand stuff as well. Highly recommend!
