This store has the best employees I’ve seen at a grocery store. Have been going here several years because of them. No matter the department they will help you find what you need. From the butcher, the baker, or the fruit bowl maker, their all there to help. Helped me find just the right kind & size taco shells I was looking for out of the many they had. Always good produce & great tasting bakery items. Will be glad when the new one in Watersound is open so mine won’t be so crowded during the summer season.

This store is always out of anything your looking for. Workers are rude & unfriendly. Hopefully you don't need deli items cut bc you are going to stand there for at least 1/2 or more...not a great publix experience. And it's the same everytime I have been here

If you want the full fledged experience of going to a supermarket packed full of tourist, this will be the place for you. Absolutely packed almost everytime we went. A thing my wife and I found funny was that I had forgotten a toothbrush so we had to buy one. Alas we were not the only forgetful people and Publix was sold out of almost all, but thankfully they had $14 dollar toothbrushes in stock. Parking is ample and everyone is in a rush. They do have a large wine aisle there and the entire store appears well stocked for the most part. The cashier's were always nice.

Nice Publix store. We stopped for a quick bite before heading to the beach and had everything on hand. Very convenient. Had no issues, friendly employees, but that's a standard for this grocery store chain.

It used to be a very pleasant place to shop but lately has started going down hill. My family and I order subs (online) from there at least once a week but the last three weeks they have not started them until we get there. Also there is a sign saying as such for Instacart shoppers. Obviously I'm not an instacart shopper. The first two weeks I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it is a very busy store but this time they had a four and a half hour lead wait time. Not only that but I had to wait in line behind the 15 people already in line before they would start my sandwiches after ordering online four and a half hours previously. I've always thought of Publix as holding themselves to the highest standards but I'm not so sure now.

Love Publix! They have the most helpful employees and hard to find items. I've never visited a Publix where someone didn't ask me if I needed help finding anything. They truly go the extra mile in service!

This is the busiest store I have been in. I have been in most of the Publix stores in bay county and this store surpassed them by far. But it was still clean and had friendly employees. Also they are restocking shelves all the time as they are being emptied all the time.

So I know people usually only post negative about grocery stores, but this store is pulling its weight while the new one is being built. They seem to have lots of staff there always trying to restock the shelves. The people checking out customers always have a smile and something positive to say. And the cart people retreaving the carts are always helpful also. Thanks for all your hard work to ALL the staff it's really not unnoticed!

Came here for a lady minute birthday cake for my husband. I would much rather order a fresh cake but they didn't allow for same day orders. The employee at the cake stand was very helpful. She walked me over to the prepared cakes and explained what they were and what rhey were filled with. I appreciated that. There was a pretty good selection of cakes. I chose the beach theme for my husband and they wrote his name on it.

Busy during summer, however staff was very accommodating even the butcher who wasn't very polite cut our steaks to specs! Cashier was very nice even though it was extremely busy! 5 stars will visit again!
