The worst!! I repeat the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life in the customer service industry. The cashier was extremely extremly rude and major thug attitude, just for expressing a small concern. Extremely rude to me and my employees. I've been in the customer service for many many yrs and I have never treated any of my customers that way or anyone for that matter. I dint see her name tag if not I would had posted it. But trust me when I say is not needed. Just look for your thug wanna be employee. Inwas there at 8:40am. A Lil customer service goes a long way. Thank for the great start of my morning :) what a desaponting and so unprofessional. Feel bad for the veteran owner. Keep your employees in check. I will never come here again.

I live 2 minutes from this store and frequent it every day but I will no longer step foot in that store. I have always been polite and have never showed any kind of anger to anyone but have been treated with hostility from the same person on numerous occasions. The first time was when she threw my money across the counter at me because I laid my 20 dollar bill on the counter and didn’t hand it directly to her. This was done unintentional without thought. I asked her why she threw my money at me and that’s what I was told. Today I questioned about a price for Pepsi that was 2 for 3.50 and was ringing up 4. She told me to go to the back and ask a manager who was in the cooler . I went to the back and did just that so the manager said there was a price change but signs were still up. Last week I was charged 4.00 so the signs are still up and the same. She came up and told her to override it. She proceeded to do it but mumble she couldn’t believe someone was complaining about a dollar and slammed my drinks in front of me. I just stood there in amazement and she said what do you want a bag? I said no and turned to the manger and said this is my last trip in here to be treated this way!! No one spending their hard earned money should be treated in this manner!!

Edit: I replied with the requested info. Needed some help jumping my car today after it died after getting gas. I had the cables just needed another car but the manager was more interested in sitting in her office chair and on the floor looking at some product or another than she was about coming out to help me. Thankfully I remembered that I had left my jump box in my trunk so I ended up jumping it without her help.

I'm at 7-11 at hwy 39 & Alexander looking at the price. of gas and noticed that premium was $4.44 and mid was $4.49 and reg is $4.09 so I figured I'd jump on the chance to get premium gas well I went inside and the girl at the register wouldn't honor that so. that would be false advertising so I'm a bit confused about 7-11 policies anyways I have a photo of it in the right people should get back in touch with me

A little on the grungy side but usually well stocked and relatively clean. No major complaints. Edit: I guess I should provide more helpful comments than that, I apologize. The parking lot is in need of repair and usually needs tidying up/cleaning. The store itself could do with a face lift/professional deep clean inside, it's showing it's age a bit. So that's what I meant by grungy. But the store itself is as I said well lit, clean, well stocked. It's overall a great store.

Please, I really need a receipt at the pumps! No paper! I don't have time to stop and go inside to get a receipt! I know I'm not the only one! Especially business owners who need a receipt! Time is money! Can you please help! Thanks!

This used to be my favorite store the staff felt like family friends and it was always well stocked cleaned up now all of the normal employees are no longer working there and it is a mess the expresso machine was down due to not being cleaned the last 5 visits I went there the big gulp drip tray was overflowing I saw mold growing on the ice spout. I will not be coming back here again.
