Dog Perfect is a great store! It's beautiful inside, and the staff is wonderful and knowledgable. Our friend, Kathy, is one of them, and she can help you with anything you need. They have a frequent buyer program that really saves you money. They have a groomer and a washing station, too. We will be buying all our dog needs here. We bought some more treats and canned food today. 8/12/22 Back to get more food and chicken patty treats.

Great experience every time I enter the store. This am I I brought my dog who neutered yesterday and was going crazy with the cone on his head. Daniel the sales associate helped me get him into a blowup cone for his head and was able to get him to drink the first water he was able to have in the past 24 hours. Daniel was more than helpful more than compassionate about animals and knowledgeable! Great store and staff!

The team here is so friendly and clearly love all dogs! The grooming services are well done & very reasonable! The staff is knowledgeable on the many food products and items they have to choose from. This is Indy’s favorite place to visit !

Dog Perfect is amazing! I was introduced to the business by my dad and then I quickly became a customer as well. The store's staff is extremely knowledgable, they have an excellent product line and their prices are competitive with any other similar business. Nicole, the Store Manager, is so kind and so professional. She has come to know my dog and I on a first name basis, helped setup a promotion for me that was run with Animal Rescue Coalition (if your cat or dog was spayed or neutered there) to become a Dog Perfect Club Member and even emailed me once to notify me that she had worked to track down a green West Paw frisbee for us. That's how you gain customer loyalty for life. I absolutely love this place, as does Moisés!

DOGPerfect is...perfect! My first visit to DOGPerfect today was prompted by a holiday mailer advertising many great products and offers. I had only one wish list item--which I found at a great price--but I was very impressed by the large selection. The University Park store is beautifully laid out and most welcoming. The folks there are so friendly and helpful. To top it off, DOGPerfect is locally owned. Although all I needed today was a Christmas toy for my dog, I definitely plan to return to DOGPerfect.

This store has been such a game changer for our pets! We stop by often to get treats and toys. We use the self wash bath station religiously and our LARGE breed dogs love their nail appointments. Kristen was so helpful and gave us great insight into our pets skin and nail care. We look forward to working with Kyle to hone in our pets nutrition and control their allergies holistically! All of the staff is very friendly!
