I.ve been going to this pharmacy for 20 years and have never had a problem with service or personnel. They have been very helpful to me in informing me of delays with scripts they needed to fax my doc about. They are always busy which reminds me I am not the only one with a script in progress. Hope this helps.

I concur, with another post this is the worst Publix pharmacy I have ever been to as well. As someone who almost worked almost a decade in customer service I am truly appalled. I have stood at the counter for almost five minutes without being spoken to. On the phone I have been put on hold without being told I was about to be put on hold. I call in the am to fill a script and am told it will be ready in 48 hours. This seems an excessive time when I compare it to other Publix pharmacies. Not sure what is going on here... I have higher standards for customer service that I learned from my work experience from my managers. I am a little confused because the pharmacists always seem caring but their direct staff clearly are not learning or receiving the reinforcement from their managers they desperately need.

Absolute worst pharmacy ever! Prescription was called in, went in the NEXT day & was told they just received the prescription. Was told to come back in 30 minutes… come back 30 minutes later, and was told that the script STILL wasn’t filled. I will never use them again. I can’t believe a great company like Publix allows such terrible customer service.

This pharmacy is painfully slow. It takes them 48 hours to turn around and grab a box off the shelf behind them. The workers are always irrated. They also give bad information regarding the prescriptions they are filling. Avoid.

Publix used to be so good but this pharmacy is just as bad as Seffner Publix. Seffner called Valrico to get eye drops filled that they didn't have. They told me that Valrico would have it ready when I got there. Got to Valrico and the tech was miserable, said we have it but it's not ready yet, needs an override and I didn't do it yet. Then told me it would be another 45 minutes. Ugh. It's not hard to put the label on the box of drops. The chain had gone down hill.

Staff is very helpful. They closely monitor prescriptions. They keep you informed and advise when prescriptions are ready.

I want to give a special thank you to the young man at the front door at closing time! Me and my wife ran to three stores looking for my infants formula (she has a protein allergy) so it is difficult to find! He allowed my wife to run in at 8:03pm which was very thoughtful she ran in and luckily they had it there again thank you for allowing her in to grab it !!!
