They’re usually really good about honoring the coupons on the app even thought their scanner is down but recently they haven’t been. Their scanner has been down for months!

Terrible service, long wait. After a half hour in drive through, only 6 cars mind you, when I got to the window I was told it would be a 15 minute wait while they cooked more chicken. Manager said "what do you want me to do, short staffed". I know why they only have customers when chick fil a is closed on Sunday.

Encountered racism through the drive through. I am white with a child whom is black. Comment made through the drive through by little blonde girl that went as such “We get a lot of black people through here and they complain a lot”. I tried to take it up with the store and GM has failed to call me back. I called the store again and was told by another manager that she didn’t mean anything towards my kid then he said he asked her about it and she denied saying it. DO BETTER!!!!!!! I am calling lawyers now as I am not ok with my children having to grow up around this ridiculous behavior. It is 2022 for goodness sakes.

This is literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. No one knows what they're doing, they're always rude, and orders are always wrong. They'll also tell you they don't have your mobile order even though you have proof. Then after you leave the order is refunded.

The line was incredibly long. The burger was okay. The fries were delicious. Like the best fries 😋 the people are usually very nice. I asked for a large and my large was half full. I get a large to share with my little boy. He was sure sad when I told him he can't have any of my fries because Wendy's gypped me.

Staff was wonderfully conversational and friendly. Seemed like they were having a great time back there. I did wait on my food, but it was a perfectly understandable reason and I never mind waiting anyway. However, kudos to the employee with the (I think) lion tattoo, he was very courteous and explained the wait, apologized, was just overall an angel. I didn't feel forgotten at all, and my food was just fine. Whoever the shift lead is at night is doing it right!

Wish you could give zero stars for a review!! Did a mobile order and went to drive thru line was long and didn't move for 10 minutes. Other people pulled off and left. I parked and went inside, waited at register for 10 minutes with no one there. Just to be told to wait in another line of five or so people for my mobile order. Was also told they were running at least 15 minutes behind. Will NOT be going back to this location. Went to the other one in Winder got my food in less than 5 minutes. Go to the Winder one not this one

This location use to be the absolute best store across the board. I am sad to report this is no longer the case. They have yet to reopen for dine in, and the drive through service is embarrassing. The last time I attempted to get my Wendy's on, I was stuck in the drive through for 18 minutes before the first vehicle moved and unfortunately, I jumped out of line and drove next door to chick - fil-a. I am afraid chick-fil-a is going to put them out of business because they can accommodate hundreds of customers in a very timely and organized fashion. If only they served a double with cheese.

Wow, a mixed bag here. Service was friendly but brutally slow. Six people milling around behind the counter without any sense of efficiency. Seeing the restaurant from the main road (GA 316) is a challenge now that an exit ramp has been added and you have to drive around and around to find the restaurant. Fair prices and food was good except for the rubber chicken nuggets. Nice, up-to-date restaurant layout.
