Came to Wendy’s drive thru tonight only to be told by the girl in the photo we are really short staff and only excepting mobile orders. So to order thru door dash. Your short staff because everyone is literally hanging out on the clock. Let’s see if corporate is aware of this great customer service.

We went by this location last night just before 11pm. When we pulled up to place our order in the drive thru there was one person at the window waiting on their food. We sat there for about 5 minutes asking if anyone was there and nothing. We left and went across the street to taco bell got our food. We had to go back in front of Wendy's and there was someone at the window getting their food. I think that is poor service in my opinion. Won't be going back there.

We ordered one of the advertised specials for $5. It came out hot. The cashier was very patient and helpful when I misunderstood how the special was supposed be ordered. The lot looked clean and the grassy areas well kept. I would have given a rating of 5 stars if I would not have been given a sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened.

We went ordered in the drive thru line and had difficulty hearing the attendant because of music being played loudly in the background. As we pulled up to the window to pay all we could hear was obscene rap music blasting out of the restaurant! Our young children were in the back seat while lyrics included the F word and N word. My husband requested that they turn the music down because we had young children in the back seat. And while one employee did turn the music down and give us our food politely. The other employees were making remarks about us asking them to turn their music down. The dining room was obviously closed! And 4 employees were working the drive thru. We were obviously disturbing their work party.

It took three times to get a burger without cheese due to my allergy.....then I was present this. When I went back I was told from the line cook it was fine.....just like the 1st one was fine. NEVER will I return to this location.

Negatives: the fries were simultaneously part undercooked, old brown and greasy, and actually cooked right. The chicken nuggets were cold. The burger bun was molding. The smaller burger that had the mold was cold.💔💔 Positives: the fries were hot! The order was filled correctly 👌 even with strange directions on one of the sandwiches. The Staff were Friendly. ✨️✨️ Make sure you remind the person which drinks you got cause she forgets. 🙈🙉🙊 Order done 07/07/22 approximately 4:30 pm No receipt was received. Not able to make report to Wendy's corporation.

Got a Triple Cheeseburger meal to go. My wife and kids also got various meals. They shorted us an order of fries, but the food wasn't bad. I had to dislocate my jaw to get my mouth around this magnificent symbol of 'Murica. I'd eat here again.

The last handful of times I have gone to this location the food has been cold and or old. The Spicy chicken sandwich was like deep fried, flattened cardboard. The fries were half filled again and the frosty was only half way filled this time. I was given no receipt and could hear the employees giggling over the speaker. I don’t eat much fast food. In the past I’ve always gone to Wendy’s when I’m in a rush. Not anymore. I’ll check out Popeyes.

Terrible experience I got incredibly cold and unsalted fries and then the person in the window said “have a great or not I don’t really care” he was a very rude individual and his demeanor wasn’t become of someone serving a customer. I asked him for new fries because mine were cold and unsalted. He said sure and brought me back fries but since I worked fast food I knew he just put more fries from the same batch in oil to make me think they were new. The box was incredibly oily because he did not even wait for the fries to be dry before putting them in. Overall terrible experience 0/0.
