Don't show up early. Youll sit for a few hours after your designated pickup time if its a live load. My opinion, based on experience, but I was 5hours early so... Great people great loaders that do their job good.

I purchased a BIG TEX 70DM Black dovetail car trailer with ramps. The trailer was very good looking went to use it a week after I got it weld started popping loose metal started tearing I have attempted to contact. BIG TEX in Cordele Alabama home-office the plant where they build it and sells I have gotten no response I’ve talked to a few people who handed me off to somebody else is answering machine And as of today August 31, 2021 no one has yet to call me text me email me if this is the way they treat you after the sale then they must be great sales people because they don’t care about you after you spend money

I had a great experience today. I called to see if they could give me some info on their trailers. They told me about them. I drove 45min told them what I wanted and 30 min later I was out the door with a new trailer. These people are great to deal with. I even had a friendly conversation with the young girl sitting at the front desk while they were gathering the stuff to go on the trailer. I backed my husband truck up and they hooked it up. They made sure all the lights worked and off I went. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a good place to do business with. Top notch service. Great job y’all!

Poor customer service. I drove a great distance during normal business hours and when I arrived I was told they were not selling trailers today. On a Friday, a high production day? You’re choosing not sell or show your product to a potential new customer. You’re planning to turn around every customer that comes to the store today? Clearly, I’m not the only person looking to buy a trailer today. It’s a popular trailer but trash customer service. Will not be giving my business to them. Also, the review below from Rocky Moore is an employee, leaving fake a review as an customer.

Fast and easy purchase. Gave me a great option at a much lower price. These are much better built and robust trailers with more features for maybe $100 to $200 more than the ones Lowe's sell. I had two of those.

This is a great place to buy your next trailer. Rocky and the whole staff at Big Tex is the best. They were very helpful in my purchase. I would highly recommend to any one to go here and buy your trailer I will definitely buy here again.

Robbie from Big Tex in Cordele was great to deal with. Handle all of our stuff over the phone and when I got there to pick the trailer up it was no problems at all. I backed up to the trailer and they hooked it to the truck and checked all the lights. I had a problem with passenger blinker and brake light, did not get the guys name but he asked me to pop the hood and he found a blowed fuse and replaced it.

I bought my 14k equipment trailer in 2016. I waited to do a review until I got some good use out of it. Now 4 years later, here we go. I cant remember the sales guys name but I said from the beginning I needed a 20' car trailer with ramps stow away under trailer. He gave me a deal on this 14k equipment trailer. After doing all the paperwork, getting it derated to 10k so my wife can use it without a CDL I noticed it was only 18'. I wasn't happy at all but now I was stuck with it. I got it home and immediately painted the bare decking with rustoleum black paint to seal it from the Florida weather. Its been a great trailer until now. After 4 years the rod nut stripped out and lifting jack won't go up or down. I haul around my 4000 pound kubota tractor on it so its never been overloaded. I just called them about parts and was told they just replace the jacks. You can't on this trailer because its welded into the trailer and is apart of the trailer. I found the part for $58 on line. All in all its a good trailer but I would have expected the jack to at least last longer than the tires.

I drove 12 hours to purchase a CM flatbed. I expressed my concern to them over the phone to make sure that they have the right flatbed because of my great travel distance. Once I got there I expressed my concern to them again and that also after the bed was loaded on my trailer it appeared to be the wrong bed in my opinion so I expressed my concern again. so a total of three times I was told I had the correct bed, but once I got back to Florida I realized they gave sold me the incorrect one. This was an error on both Rocky and Robbie's end. I notified Rocky of the error and he told me it would be approximately 6 weeks for them to manufacture the correct bed. He would notify me when it was completed. I patiently waited but never received a phone call so after the 9th week I contacted Rocky and he told me my bed was there ready for pickup. My bed sat there for approximately 3 weeks I was never contacted by anybody to come pick it up. Very poor customer service.
