Super helpful staff, new store manager already seems to be on a first name basis with the regulars. Apparently some even switched their primary Gamestop just for them and it's easy to see why. Clean, well-organized store and knowledgeable, helpful staff.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon today. I know nothing about video games or systems, and haven’t played a game since the early 2000s….. I purchased a second hand Nintendo Switch for my son’s birthday from a friend. I brought it in, and Brandon not only showed me how to factory reset it, he helped me set up a new profile for my son. He also helped me to pick out age appropriate games like Minecraft and a Pokémon game, as well as accessories like a case and screen protector. Brandon is about to make me look like Mom of the Year unwraps his gifts and for that I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommend 11/10.

Super crazy expensive and never has the game my son is looking for. He has a $25.00 gift card that he got 2 years ago cause they never have any decent games he wants. The used games are more than new at other retailers like 2nd and Charles. The staff however are great. Super friendly and even though they can't hold games they will often call you if you leave a name or number. Not their fault prices are soo high. We bought a used PS4 and it did NOT work. Had hard time swapping it out and guess what? That one did NOT work. 🤷♂️

An excellent place to go to trade in games or buy them! The staff is extremely knowledgeable on every game and gaming system they have! They are always professional and great conversationalists. The staff is so incredible I actually even get excited to go in and see them! They’re wonderful people, the service is quick, and they are always on top of their game! I recommend Gamestop at a Grovetown completely! You will love it, they have a wide variety of systems, games, and little kick knacks throughout the store as well. Wonderful place :)

I tried selling my xbox 360, my all 10 games, and each game sells for, around 10 CENTS!?!? I WAS THINKING THAT THE XBOX WOULD SELL FOR AT LEAST $50, AND A GAME FOR $5 AND UP. NOPE $33 FOR THE XBOX, Very sad. I would rather sell them on ebay for a way better amount of money given to me. This is very cheap and poor. 😑
