What happened to this location? The service has been terrible. Biscuits are hard. Was there again yesterday in hopes it would be better. Pulled up to order, was told they couldn't take MY ORDER, because of shift change? Really? Never knew a restaurant to close to count money, or changing shifts. Cashier was mad that a waited at the window to order! I won't be returning

They still haven't opened their dining room, even though there is a sign saying that they are open, so I had to sit in line for twenty minutes. Stood at the register inside for 20 min this morning before anyone in the store would even speak to me when there was literally nobody else inside the store but there were at least 7 people working behind the counter. Once I did get waited on the women was polite and she handed me my food right after I finally got to order but before that point they would look directly at me but never offered any assistance or even simply said we will be with you in a moment. I would understand if they were busy but they were instead standing around which only added to my frustration.

decided to go to Bojangles today and the drive-thru line was not moving , I read 3 signs that stated come on in , but guess what? they were open for business but the doors were locked 👎🏻, so I got back into my car and proceeded to the drive-thru line and when I placed my order of , two chicken biscuits and two side orders of buttered grits, the lady kind of bluntly says there not serving grits and then she completely talks over me saying , ( have a good day ) as if I didn't want to order anything else? when she was finished being rude I replied I still would like to have two cajun chicken biscuits and she says okay have a good day very sarcastic as if I didn't want to order anything with my chicken and biscuits which I wasn't giving a chance to do so👎🏻 I was going to order cream potatoes and gravy but I thought to myself, the heck with it ✓ when I drove around to the window they said I didn't order anything and that was a lie👎🏻 , I don't know what their problem is was but Hartwell Georgia Bojangles customer service skills really sucked today! 🤔 kind of afraid to eat my biscuit now 😬🤔

I ordered ahead & prepaid for my 60.00 order. When I got there to pickup, doors were locked & I had to get in a line 9 cars deep. A sign that says Skip the line; Order ahead is all over the property!! Yet I was not allowed to skip the long, slow line. I will never place a party order with Hartwell Bojangles again. UPDATE: I finally get to the window - my order was not ready; they hadn’t even started on it. They told me to pull aside and wait while they prepared fresh chicken.

I always come here for my biscuit and I always ask for a dark biscuit never get what I order the biscuit is always falling apart tasting like it's half done and not cooked fully so I'm thinking this going to be my last trip to Bojangles

As a former Bojangles employee I was very unhappy with the way the employees were rude and slow. I get it’s not going to be the quickest fast food place but I do not understand how asking for some napkins is worthy of lying to my face and then closing the drive thru window on me.

Best chicken in town. Poorest managed of any fast food restaurant in hartwell. Be ready to wait no matter when you go. Definitely not fast

Went through the drive thru and ordered Chicken biscuits as well as Sausage biscuits. Got home and realized they wrapped sausage biscuits in chicken covers and gave us all sausage biscuits. Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to pull a fast one on someone. Not to mention how rude they are and how bad their business already is.

Ordered a steak biscuit and the cashier Said it would be a couple mins. My dad and I pulled up and every car behind us got their food and left. I wouldn't normally wait nearly 20 mins because it's ridiculous. But I had my elderly father with me. I waited all that time for a burnt biscuit and when I Said something about the 20 min wait the girl got loud and rude with me. Now I see why the drive thru is NEVER busy.
