Ok, so I was really mad because I called in an order and made my way to pick it up. Only thing is when I arrived Scott told me there was no order. However, he quickly took my order and promptly started it in the back. While I was waiting he offered me a drink and had my order made fresh and just as I requested. The wait was not long at all and just by him having impeccable customer service calmed me down immediately! I will go here time and time again!! Need more people like Scott😁

Ordered a pan pizza got a hand tossed pizza. Ordered a super Supreme brought out a Supreme. Then she tried telling me that's a pan and super Supreme. Pizza swimming in sauce. Service was terrible.

I have always come to lavonia pizza hut. i feel it is better than toccoa. However I ordered one of the new pasta dishes for 9.99. Chicken alfredo is the one I ordered. When we got it home the portion size was not worth 9.9 and there wasnt even a hint of chicken. I do not recommend this pasta dish. tchicken in there. Pasta and sauce is all you get. i do not recommend this pasta disg

Well my son loves pizza but this place is very unclean and the pizza is so greasy its ridiculous and gross. I watched the girl make the pizza because we were the only one in there at the time and no hair net and no gloves so idk if she even washed her hands and the other girl kept wiping her nose and didn't see her wash her hands either. Very unorganized. You don't need to be arguing with your workers about theft and someone's last paycheck. This is just my review I won't go again and it's sad that I can have better pizza from the frozen section from Walmart then I did here.

Ordered large online and got a medium instead. Staff apologized and promptly cooked another medium and breadstick for our trouble. Pizza was good and fresh. Will be coming back.

The pasta I ordered with the big box they did not have so they did ask if I wanted something else so I ordered BBQ wings they gave me hot wings and the sauce on the pizza was so heavy I couldn't toast anything else and the other pizza had almost no sauce

I placed an order for 4 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks on the app. A couple minutes after I placed my order I received a call from the location. The person on the other line said I am calling concerning your pizza hut order. When I said ok he proceeded to say you have to either pay over the phone with a card or wait when you get here for your order to be made because with such expensive orders we will not touch your order until you pay for it. In my opinion $80 is not an expensive pizza hut order as my family regularly orders this much or more at our local location. Needless to say I was so unnerved by someone calling demanding I give them my card number over the phone I cancelled my order and chose to get food somewhere else. To make things worse, I received a survey request from pizza hut about my experience. After expressing my concerns with someone demanding my card information over the phone and the way they addressed me with "we will not touch your order until you pay for it" instead of explaining they have a policy the requires payment in advance I received a response via email.... want to take a moment to thank you for sharing your feedback. At Pizza Hut, we value your feedback and the time you took to share the details with us. I do want to stress that all orders over 50$ have to be paid for in advance to prevent fraud/theft. This is this stores current policy. So, with that I am told that obviously they don't listen when customers speak and instead of addressing the issue of the way their employee treated the customer they just want to say that their policy is payment in advance on orders over $50. I'm just glad my local pizza hut doesn't treat people this way.

One of the worst run restaurants I have ever seen. The woman running the place had on the most disgustingly dirty shirts. Somehow one 14" Pizza was $23. The guy who paid after us paid $11. The Pizza was half cooked and had FAR too much sauce. It's obvious that someone has given up on this location. It should be shut down.

Like most people, we've had a lot of pizza in our lives, but this might just have been the worst pizza I've ever had. We ordered 5 pizzas - all of them were terrible and we just threw them away. That's after they got our order wrong making them cold because we had to wait on them to to cook another pizza. We called the restaurant in Lavonia afterward (took 3 days of calling them to get a manager to call us back) to give them a chance to explain, but instead of apologizing they just blamed the new menu and told us how hard life was. We weren't looking for freebies - just an apology or explanation - we got neither. There are too many pizza choices to be throwing away your customers so easily. PS- the picture is a "hand tossed cheese." I should have just gotten gas station pizza I guess instead of waste $50 at pizza hut.
