Nice Gas station, very illuminated, it looks clean, they sell food. Good spot to stop to fuel your car and your tummy.

There is a cash stealing from credit card . second time happening , when calling they pick and block the number. I lost $ 65 on May 31st 2022. I call the bank and cancelled the card. I will never go to this gas station again.

No receipt at the pump you have to go inside to get one!!this my 2nd time at this location and they made me to walk inside amd stay on line to get the receipt and both time they were advised

Will trick you with prices and charge more on stuff. When asked for a receipt, gave me the most nasty attitude saying it was my fault he was charging me more...WHAT? They tried the same thing with other people I know. Also have many expired product.

Shell Forecourt and convenience store at 5414 Five Forks Trickum is situated on this major road for a quick pull in for gas or most convenience goods you would need to save a trip to the grocery store. With other service stations in close proximity Shell keeps reasonably priced gas at the pump, and there is adequate parking for anyone who needs access to the shop.

I just moved to the area in May, and also I work late at night so if I need gas stop by there. At night, the clerk that works over night is so rude and mean. When I go there I might something that is a dollar and some change. so I pay for my item but he doesn't want to give me my change back. so I talk to the people in the day time to tell them whats going on I guess they told him. So, one night I left work one late night to get gas, and he was there. he took his time to help me and then he said " I heard you told on me." I told him yeah because your customer service is horrible. As I walk to my car to pump my gas, he came out of the the store and start yelling at me for no reason. So I'm never going back to that store again!!!!

Not a fan of this place. Yesterday I went here and the first pump I tried was not working. Looked for a way to call into the station from the pump and couldn't find it. Had to walk inside to notify them it wasn't working properly and that they should put a sign on that the pay-at-pump is not working on that particular pump. They (literally 3 men who seemed to be working at the time) basically shrugged off my complaint and ignored it. Went to another pump and could barely read the faded screen instructions on it. Never got asked from the screen if I wanted to put in my Kroger rewards card. Disappointed and made me almost late to where I wanted to go. Will try to avoid this place in the future. Only positive about this place is the variety of beverages and snacks inside.
