Ever since their old manager left they completely ruined all the hard work she put into that store. Employees are nice but customer service is not their strong suit. Don’t even both asking them questions they don’t know anything.

I would recommend a outside remodel, pressure washing, painting and a professional landscaper to cut grass, trim trees and get rid of the weeds that have developed. This will uplift the store appearance on outside. This will also revitalize this intersection tremendously! If this is done it would definitely get a 5 star score next time! Thought I would share.

RUDE staff, cashiers either hate their jobs or have attitudes that can make one feel as though they are a "bother". Manager is lacking professionalism & people skills! Waited over 20 minutes for one item to be checked out! Line was held up by customer who wanted "to see the manager", who had to be called 3 times to come up front. When I asked, nicely, the cashier if someone else could help with checking the customers out, her response was, "nah", then she rolled her eyes at me! I can guess that is supposed to be interpreted as "no". Customers were lined up 7 deep behind me & some left their merchandise & walked out. I called the corporate office and filed a formal complaint. I will NOT go back to Store # 12581. Good luck if anyone else does!

Never disappoints. Staff only keep quality product batches on the shelves, and the prices are ridiculously cheap. All the time that I visit one, I find something that I didn't realize they sold, and I'd bought it for 2 or 3 times their price. Cashiers always work fast, and this store chain seems to be really good with hiring great employees. Forget the stigma that some people may place on these yellow bags of merchandise. DG is one of the best places to shop for household needs.

Today was my first day visiting this particular location in years. I stop coming to this location years ago because of the customer service. Today my visit was phenomenal! The manager was so nice and sweet. The customer service was superb. This dollar general is one of the cleanest and organized locations I have seen in a very long time. I will definitely be back soon.
