Friendly, and pretty clean store

The store is not very organized and is a little cluttered. But it is a smaller store than others in this area. This store has the friendliest employees of all the other dollar generals around here i believe. And just a little side note there are SEVERAL dollar general stores in this small radius.

If I could give this store no stars that's what I would do. This store is horrible. I have never in my life been in a dollar general that is as bare shelved, un organized, the workers are some of the laziest people I have ever seen in my life, and rude. They don't want to be there at all and to them it would be better off if the customers aren't there either. They close any time they feel like it You can go at 6 or 7 in the evening and they have already closed. It has been going on a while. . I have been in there and saw 10 people working with one lane open many times. 5 or 6 of the workers goofing off in the office. Such poor management. I have no clue what's going on but it's really ridiculous. Get good reliable help DG. I should do interviews for you all because someone is lacking. But it starts with management. Do better.

This is a brand new store. The Pine Chapel Rd location closed. I found individual soy milks on the shelves. There were gluten free wafers. The food products have really expanded from the old location. The parking is much better as well.

Very helpful staff. I was sick and they went out of their way to help me find the meds I needed. Cashier was friendly and FAST, I appreciated that!!

Store needs to be organized better. Management needs to be more hands on with Customers and Staff. Customers shouldn't have to stand in line for long periods. Customer Satisfaction brings higher sales. Manager on duty needs to back cashier to move retail in a timely manner......
