I had Tammie do my taxes for the season's of 2018 and 2019. If there was something I had missed it was like I was being scolded and acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to take care of the issue. This year I did my own taxes for free on the website and it was so easy. The only thing I needed to finish up was my AGI which was on my previous return paperwork. When i called to get that number I was informed that she couldn't give me that number and if I "wanted to come in and pay for another copy of the return" that's the only way i could get what i needed. One, I'm in San Antonio on military training, and two she chose not to tell me that i could find it online through H&R Block. She seemed bothered that I would ask and instead of trying to help her first response was to make more money My advise to all of you is to do your own taxes online for free. It's really simple.

been the place I've come to past 15 years, only issue is every year your fees go up and people who always return every year to me should get some kind of customer special or break on fees, should be more respect on that for clients. you all give the incentives to us clients for sending people of 25 dollars which helps none for your returning clients.
