Staff pretty useless, after waiting in line for about ten minutes with no announcement of delay or visible signs was told it was cash only. After gathering cash from my pocket the cashier just left me to deal with other customers. I contemplated just taking the food because of their lack of focus but decided the food may have been as bad as this particular establishment and decided to go elsewhere. Edit: It has been about a year and this place has significantly improved, not sure what they did to fix it but I hope they keep it up!

I really hope this company goes out of business I cannot reiterate how unreliable this company is. this is the most ridiculous company to be in operation. this is AT MINIMUM my 10th occurrence of a no notice closure. Its advertised as a 24-hour gas station however they close the doors whenever they f@$%ng feel like it at night WITH NO DISCRETION, NO NOTE, NO SIGN, LIGHTS OFF, NO NOTHING. FIND YOURSELF A QUICKTRIP, YOU'LL NEVER BE DISPLEASED.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful in getting my reward points to go through. The lines moved quickly and the store was clean and well stocked.

Doors were locked with a guy sitting behind the counter. He didn’t even attempt to help me or give me an answer as to why the store was closed at 10;00 on a Saturday.

Randomly closed again 3/14/22 at 9:55 pm!! It's starts with a R and ends with a C which must mean Randomly Closed... great products, nice staff but horrific corporate management. They can't keep their stores open at night! Yet they leave all the lights on so you think they are open. But I guess we shouldn't be surprised considering they make a debit card that doesn't even work at their own pumps!!

2nd shift female manager is very unprofessional. Came off extremely hostile. Didn't greet us upon check out started off with "where's your friend at?" In a antagonizing tone. Last week we came in and her employee got in trouble for giving away a free coffee. I don't understand how that is our fault as the customer. And why she felt the need to bring it up. When we said thats not our fault and has nothing to do with us she got more antagonizing and started Threatening us. 420pm 9/02

Heads up. The manager an older woman at this place is a huge bigot. She even goes so far as getting ugly with customers. I suggest people not go to this Racetrac or just not take their business to Racetracs. I'll be good no matter what, honey. With the pandemic especially we need to keep people who are worthy of jobs employed. Not garbage like her. Change starts with us.

I thought this was a 24 hour gas station? Everytime I get off of work around 3-4 am they have a sign on the door that says they are closed

I stopped here momentarily to meet a friend and buy three items from the store. I must’ve left my cell phone at the counter and didn’t realize until 30 minutes later. I called the store and was told that there wasn’t a phone turned in. I also drove back to this location and checked the areas that I walked to throughout the store. Since it’s an iPhone I was able to track it and it was at this store location until 11:14pm then it went offline. It seems like an employee kept my phone, then left when their shift was over and that’s unfortunate. I’m filing a report so that if this happens to someone in the future there will be a paper trail. If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would!
