When there twice in one day Was traveling to Augusta. Came thru fir for breakfast the egg on the muffin was missing. Then way back thru stop to get a burger it was filled with grease and half put together. Very sloppy made.

You stay in line for about 30 minutes to an hr to order & receive food. The new drinks that's out are never in when ordering. Ice cream machine & icy machines never work. Needs new management & responsible works who takes their job serious & that has responsibilities.

This is the worst McDonald's in the state of Georgia. All these kids bumping into each other and no one getting anything done except fixing you the wrong order. I ordered a sausage cheese biscuit, I got a bacon cheese biscuit, gave it back and then they gave me a sausage egg biscuit no cheese, then when I did get the right biscuit it was hard as a brick. I asked for my money back but no one could find the receipt so they wouldn't give me a refund. BBB needs to pay this McDonald's a visit.

Nothing or no body wants to work nasty I mean nasty attitudes. Can't get your order right. That 1 star I gave it is really a a negative 0 . They need to close this nasty place down. And get folks who want to work and don't have a attitude.

Let me take the time out of my day to say, this is the most disrespectful, nastiest, non working, attitude having place I’ve ever visited, orders never right, line wait last over 20-30 mins for 1 car, ICE CREAM-SMOOTHIE MACHINE NEVER WORKS, thank god I don’t live in this place but to only visit family on weekends!!

Placed an order at 12:40 for a quarter pounder all the way but no cheese, French fries and an orange mango drink. At the pickup window was told to pull to the other side and then someone would bring my order to my car. This I did and after waiting until 1:25 I still had no order I called them on the phone & asked them about my order and was told by a gentleman he would check on the order. Another 20 minute wait finally received the order and guess what it was wrong. Another 15 minutes finally received the order which was right. Needless to say I will not be going back there ever again. After all that I should have gotten the order at no charge but they didn't want to talk about that.

This location is awful. Kids running this place are not professional at all. I ordered from the machine (got no receipt), then waited 10 minutes watching the kids play around behind the counter with no one else in front of me. After a while, one of the kids asked me if I'd been helped yet. I said I ordered from the machine and gave him my order number. He said "oh" and looked through some crumpled up receipts and then started working. He bagged my stuff and gave it to me. He didn't give me a cup that came with my combo, so I had to get his attention again and ask for it. They also had no unsweet tea at all, which is what I ordered. No apologies. No thank you. Floor was slippery and dangerous throughout the entire restaurant (I think they used wrong mix or too much soap). Thank God I don't live in this town and have to visit this McDonald's more than once in my life. The owners should be embarrassed at the standard they've established at this place. I've visited other McDonald's around the country with young kids working that are clean and courteous. These owners have clearly given up. Horrible.

Slow service, this "great economy" has killed fast food. 4 vehicles waiting 5 mins+ for food after the drive in window. You staff are cheating the performance clock. 20+ mins for "fast food" is false advertisement. I am done with McDonald's

The girl at the window handed me a hot coffee. I informed her that I ordered a frappe, so she hands me a small. I told her I asked for a large, and she told me I ordered a coffee. Out of respect for the people in line behind me, I pulled around and went inside. Since I ordered on the app, I was able to shoe her my order. She got mad because she was wrong and said, it say frappe there but it says coffee on my screen. She made the large, and went to reach for the small when she handed it to me. I grabbed my large frappe and picked the small one up and said, im taking this since I had to come in here, she said no, and I told her yes and walked out. Was she gonna stop me?
