Its okay people are not friendly and they follow people around in the store when certain people are working there. Not very neat either. Stuff in the aisles and lots of walking around stuff to get to another aisle.

I realize covid may play into my this, but seems like they dont have certain items like they used to. Store employees change often, and at times I was disappointed in customer service. My last visits were just recently and things seemed to be improving.

This used to be a nice clean store. But when I went in to buy a few things tonight, it was a complete wreck nothing was stocked, the clothing section was a disaster. So I get what I can and go to cash out. Nobody is at the front of the store or even in sight. I had to go find someone to check me out and then the cashier was rude as hell. I won’t be going back again for awhile. The store in Harrison is way better.

Messy. Messy. Messy. Can't get down the aisles. They try to pack too much in a small space. Workers are nice.

Customer service is great. Cashiers are always friendly and courteous. Prices are great. Needs to extra help. Cashiers seem to be bombarded with long lines because most of the time during the busy shift they are scheduled one and seems on slow shift there is two. Cashiers need a raise for being overworked due to corporates idea of how many hours per store. Maybe they should shadow the employees for a day and see they are more valuable than they pay them.

Spent 2 hours shopping the 3 day clearance blow out. Got a lot of really great deals and still spent under $100! Loving the new cashiers. They were helpful and courteous even when I wanted items scanned (had quite a few) because wasn't sure what the exact price was. Some things weren't marked with clearance price. Very pleasant indeed 😊!

It's a good place to shop. Prices tend to be a bit higher than Family Dollar. Cashiers are friendly and checkout is usually quick.

I was in the store at 9:40 there was 4 people in line in front of me i was looking ar socks right next to registers I do not know her name a short black young woman she is the newest employee there I know this because I shop at that store at least 4 times a week she told me i needed to put my things on the counter it was time for the store to closed when she finished checking out the lady in front of me i put my things on the counter wile she was ringing up the things i had on the counter i went back to thr rack and got the socks and i gave her a coupon she had already rang everything up and told me the store is officially closed this aint going to work meaning she ws not going to allow me to use the coupon. This is not the first time she has been extremely rude i witnessed it before while shopping in the store. Her manager was standing at the door and did not say anything. I will not stop until I let every executive at Dollar General know about the customer service she guves customers. I have worked in a grocery store for 3 years and never did anyone in that store treat a customer like that. But as I said I won't stop until I go to the very top with this complaint. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME THAT STORE DON"T APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND MUST NOT APPRECIATE THEIR JOB.
