We purchased our 5,000 gallon catchment tank from here three years ago. The transaction went smoothly and we were able to purchase the catchment frame, liner and cover. We opted to save money and install it ourselves, even though we had never put up a catchment tank before. It was pretty easy. We were given all the necessary instructions and all our questions were answered. Three years later, it's still standing and we are very happy with it.

These people are part of a monopoly and are ripping people off. Our government has made it illegal to sell poly tanks for less than a predetermined price that is crazy and they are really ridiculous this is not a commodity people need them to live and maintain a household that provides basic essentials. It is upsetting that they could use recycled materials and lower the price and that in combo would be a great impact on the environment and sell more tanks more tanks more that has been recycled think about it

Very helpful and honest. Went in for some replacement parts for my UV system (damaged during my renovation). I was certain the ballast was bad and was expecting a unplanned pricey expense. They checked/reset my ballast and said it was fine. I only needed a replacement quartz and bulb. He could have just sold me another ballast and sent me on my way. VERY HONEST. Mahalo

Best water delivery price and service. I called about a grundfos scala2 water pump that was leaking and they replaced it as soon as they could since it was still under warranty. I also called around for water delivery when I needed it to fill up a pool and their prices were the best. Bruce the delivery guy was awesome! We 'talked stories' as the locals like to say and he also recommended the only guy they use for tank cleaning services as well. They have a great selection of water pump filters and housing units at their warehouse. Check them out!

I called this morning and spoke to a really nice man. I told him my water pump was out and asked if they repaired...he said not really but asked me what kind of system I had. He asked a couple more questions and then told me to tap on the pressure box, which I did. My water immediately started flowing again. This was a quick fix and I will still need it repaired but I was just blown away by the time he took to help me. He also gave me the number to a company that will repair. Super exciting to interact with a company that is not all about the money and more about getting you what you want even if it's not with them! THIS is how you stay in business for a long time😀😀

The foreman Lambert is extremely capable and pays attention to detail. He not only works very hard but he also works smart. Both of these men are a valuable asset to this company.
