Great place for a car wash!!! I like the fact that they kind of do a manual 'pre-wash' to get the areas that the machine wouldn't completely get. The manual dry and wheel/tire clean at the end is great!

Worst car wash on Oahu. Girl literally scrubs your car with a sweep room before it goes into the "automatic" wash. I assume the thing is so old, it doesn't work good anymore, so they hired a person to soak and wash your car before, lol. I paid $20 for the "deluxe package", and it was all a waste. I stupidly tipped before even looking at the results. When I got home, my black rims still had dust/dirt on them. I paid extra for this? Check out the photos. And the funny thing is, the girl at the front went to all 4 of my tires with a scrub brush and washed them first! All this is, is an old automated car wash that sprays soap and then there's a bunch of fabric straps hanging down that move. Nothing to clean the sides or back, nor the tires. Come on, guys. I didn't expect a professional detailing, but at least clean my rims. I had to do it myself when I got home later. I've been to plenty of automatic car washes in other places that did a much better job, even without human assistance. In all I paid $25 for something I could have done better myself in 10min. Anyway, there was a brand new place such as opened up, right down the street, called Gold Touch car wash, across from the Toyota dealership. Brand new and it has all the modern technology, would be crazy not to go there instead of this place.

I usually go to the car wash in Kapolei and then have to dry my car myself. This time I went to Liquid Aloha Express in Waipahu. I got the Bubblicious for $19.00.. You have two people prepping your vehicle before the wash and another drying the other cars. Not much interaction, but the workers asking you to drive up, or what type of wash would you like? The only BAD thing about this place is the TRACK NEEDS TO BE FIXED!! The workers were GREAT 👍👍..I guess that day I had the good working crew ....So I have to say. I enjoyed my time here...

Quick and Easy! Made a difference! I got the 5 min service ($10). They’re open from 8-6pm. They don’t take bills higher than $20. They take cards. And they give you good instructions when going through!

The lady was nice but the young man with a black hat and ears pierced was extremely rude. It was our first time here and we didn’t know where to pay and when we asked him we gave us attitude and didn’t even speak he just pointed at himself . We were exited to come we drove 20 minutes to wash our car here because a friend recommended this place to us. Horrible experience won’t come again and won’t recommend any friend here. The older gentleman was very and pleasant.

****Rude attendant, yelled “hurry up” and “let’s go” to the cars who were coming in to get their car washed including mine. Very unprofessional! Nothing but attitude when I asked if I needed to pay inside or could pay with attendant. Felt rushed to choose a service. If I could give 0 I would. Terrible- Last time going here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The guy claiming to be the owners son was the definition of rude & unprofessional. The owner needs to put his son in check as multiple cars drove away due to the wait time. His son is hurting the business. He was playing unedited music & I had kids in the car. He argued with me on pricing, then refused to clean my tires after I paid for the $19 car wash which includes cleaning the tires. Time to find a new car wash, even after 3 years of going here & never having a bad experience.

I bought the most expensive package, but they made rude remarks, and never even did anything I ordered. They wiped the rims and sent it through the wash. No hand drying, no other communication. I had to do what I paid for. Windows, tire protection, hand drying etc never done. Go to Kapolei's new car wash, by the water park instead.
