Tires only 2 weeks old. Ran over baseball size rock on the highway from a rock slide that split side of tire. Replaced for free and in a timely manner. Always courteous.

I was up in Grangeville when I had a broken wheel on my trailer. Even though it was after hours and they were closing up shop, they went out of their way to test the tire and install my spare since I didn’t have the tools with me. Couldn’t believe they put so much work in to get me on my way even after they were closed. Such good service.

Amazing customer service. We had to make an unscheduled stop here to check a wheel. As soon as we pulled in, staff stopped what they were doing and came right out to assist us. When it was discovered that nothing was wrong with the wheel, they decided not to charge us for the inspection. Great place! Definitely come here for your wheel and tire needs!

Ben and William were AMAZING! While my friend and I were driving we blew a tire, threw the spare on, and looked and behold, it was almost flat as well (company car, dont yell at us), and we call the about 30 minutes before closing and they say they can wait for us. Well, our spare blew. But these wonderful gentlemen sent a truck to come replace our tire and even stayed late past that to work on the rest of our tires as well. These gentlemen went above and beyond today amd we are so thankful for their kind generosity!

On our way from Montana to California, our car started making a grinding noise. Thinking we might have a serious problem with our brakes, we pulled into the Les Schwab in Grangeville. They found and removed a rock in the caliper. They did recommend that we have our brakes check when we returned home. No charge and sent us on our way. They were very pleasant and we are extremely grateful for their help.
