Placed a pickup order 30 minutes ahead of time, only to arrive, wait 10 minutes for a group to finish being served, and be told that the employees had "forgotten" about my order. 20 minutes later I walked out with an incomplete order, missing a bag of chips, 2 good subs, and a truly anemic DrayPotle sub.

When I arrived and placed my order the place was empty with the exception of two employees. I noticed it was tidy & felt clean. The two sandwich artisans were both friendly, and helpful. They were quite cheerful & seemed happy to chat & make suggestions regarding sub choices. They didn't begrudge my request for an extra side of sauce to take To Go. Great experience, quick & easy, in & out & on my way. The sandwiches were pretty darn good as well😊

I went in the first time and this tall bald guy helped he was really sweet and nice. Then I went in with my mom and brother and there was this old lady and this young gal and they did horrible. They threw the meat and veggies on the sandwich like they didn’t care and they didn’t wear there masks right when i first walked in one of them wasn’t even wearing a mask and I never saw either of them wash there hands. They where quick and sloppy. Very disappointed not planning on going back.

They charge you three dollars extra for a so called deluxe for only a tiny bit more meat and cheese isn't included!!! Paid over 30 bucks for two footlong meals and that doesn't include drinks or cookies and the veggies looked questionable. Customer service needs improvement too! Better to go to the store and but everything and make it yourself!!! I don't plan on returning.

Always love subway, the workers are always nice. Even going in 20 minutes until they close they still have the ingredients ready for you. Cookies are always the greatest, recommend the smores, raspberry cheesecake and macadamia nut cookies.

Very poor, dirty looking shop. The woman who made my sandwich had pet hair all over her shirt and I was sure it would end up in my sandwich! Very skimpy on the fixins'.

Gentleman working there was awesome, and courteous with my kids who dont come here often, and were learning the ordering process. CC machine was having issues and not running cards. Gentleman there was still pleasant during this time. Then the lady working there asked if we could drive a mile away to go get cash, was very unpleasant and made it feel like this was our fault even though the gentleman said it was their machine acting up and not our card being declined. Luckily the missus was able to dig out some cash to pay for the meal. Next time let people know the machine is having problems prior to ordering for four people and we would have prepared ourselves prior to ordering instead of asking them to drive a bit of a distance to get cash and come back to cold food. Kudos to the gentleman, and well lady you need learn better treatment of customers.
