I highly recommend Petite Auto and RV! If you want your RV purchase to be a heartwarming experience, go to this dealership. This is a small family owned business where I was treated with respect. I love my 2008 Pleasure-Way which was prepared for me with the greatest care. Before leaving with my van, I was treated to a detailed walk-through and test drive. I was pleasantly surprised that Petite had installed a brand new TV. 🙂The RV was winterized before I left the lot. I experienced the height of customer service from Petite Auto and RV throughout this process with a dollop of kindness on top. Thanks, Ed!

Purchased a used Class B van from the guys at Petite RV. Very friendly, very helpful and caring company. Family owned and operated and I am very satisfied with the service they gave me. They delivered coach to me and I have been in contact with them ever since. Would definitely shop with these guys again. Looking for a used Class B call them!! Joe and Edward will do you right!

I highly recommend working with Ed at Petite Auto. Not only was he friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable about all types of RVs. He took his time walking me through and showing me how all the systems worked. I had my parents along. We were impressed how he included them but still treated me as the customer.

These guys are amazing! We drove all the way up there from VA and then back home to GA. Ed didn’t seem fazed at all that it was snowing either. He even saved our camper van for us for a few weeks since I had to go be with my mother for 10 days. Phone calls were returned as late as 8:30 Eastern time. It is truly worth the drive even through Chicago to get there! Don’t hesitate...you may be too late to get your dream Class B!

Top notch independent Class B RV dealer! I told Ed I would say this but I was concerned buying sight unseen all the way from California but I am not disappointed! Just purchased a Class B RV from Ed at Petite Auto & RV and we love it. The experience was very pleasant. Ed was great to work with as he was very knowledgeable about the RV. He showed me how all the systems worked and provided the instructional paperwork. I would recommend this dealership if you are interested in a Class B.

This is my first, and will probably be my only google review. I brought an RV I bought from a private seller to Petite Auto & RV without an appointment in the middle of the summer. Almost nothing in the RV was functional, and I knew very little about how the whole thing worked. Despite being obviously busy, Ed took the time to look over my entire RV from top to bottom, getting it back to almost 100% working order. He then took the time to show me exactly how everything worked and what else needed to be worked on. I would have let him complete the repairs, but I had to leave the city the next day, so he didn't have time. He even gave me his personal phone number so I could call him with questions on the road. This is the best customer service I have ever received. While I didn't buy an RV from Petite Auto & RV, I would trust their merchandise 100%. The care Ed gave to an RV that wasn't even his was incredible, and I can only imagine what they do with their units. If I could go back, I would probably buy one from Ed myself.

I just purchased a van from Ed at Petite Auto & RV--he was in Chicago and I'm in Colorado. Everything about the experience was great, and Ed's honesty, transparency, and customer service were all simply top notch. It was really scary to buy a vehicle without ever seeing it, and Ed shared everything with excellence. He patiently shared everything I needed to know, drove the vehicle to a nearby Mercedes dealership where it got inspected, talked me though all the issues, took the deposit and kept the vehicle for me even though other higher offers came through after I put down my deposit, handled the payment by wire to his business account (so I knew everything was verified), and even connected me to a colleague of his to help me get it delivered to Colorado. After I received it, he walked me through all the systems by phone. He is even giving me advice on my old RV as I prepare it for sale and sending a part for my old RV at his expense just to help me out. Incredible! This is a truly excellent, caring, and honest RV dealership. I feel lucky to have bought a vehicle from Ed.
