Do not come here, unless you want to deal with unbelievable nonsense to get a simple medication. I provided the prescription to them, they made sure it was in stock and showed it to me, and then said it'd be 2 hours (why, idk.) I was going to shop anyway, so yeah, that's okay with me. Come back in 2.5 hours. Got told insurance wasn't covering it, which was fine, then they ran off and came back saying I had to wait longer. I physically saw the medication (that is just there, it's not one they have to prepare). I was going to pay without insurance. What is taking so long? Just don't come here. I only did because I was going to be shopping and thought it'd be a quick thing. Calling to check status is nonsense too. I need the prescription number...I've never had this filled before. Why would I have that?

Very nice but when your only one in line and no one even acknowledges you standing there for 5 minutes just waiting I find that rude .

There is no CVS store. You get connected to Meijer Pharmacy. Sheesh!

This review is for their drive through. What’s the point of the drive through if you have people waiting 30 min for 1 car to go through? Not only do you wait long, you get stuck in the line because there is no exit to leave the line. So awful. Should just be a ready to pick up only. There was a line of 5 cars and 1 car took over 30 min to leave.

I've been using Meijer Pharmacy for a while, now, and lately the service has been not-great. My wife got there well before closing, waited in line for almost twenty minutes, and when she pulled up the pharmacist slammed the window shut and left. There was no one behind her, she was the last person in line and it was barely past closing (maybe three or five minutes). There was no reason for that, it was just rude, all she needed was to pick up her meds. This particular pharmacist is always very rude to her, and we don't understand why. She's straight up thrown my wife's meds into the drive-up bin and then stormed off, we don't get it. We've been having issues with them not telling us when insurance is denying our medication, either, so we drive 20 minutes there to turn around and go back home. Total waste of time, they could call us and say "there's an issue with insurance". Nope, I find out after the insurance company is closed for the day and have to fight them the next day to try to get my meds, when Meijer could have just told me from the get-go instead of waiting until I arrive. Wait times when you call are pretty lengthy, so don't expect a super fast phone call! I will say, they're very friendly to the LGBTQ+ community, we never had issues with them not wanting to fill meds for me or giving me garbage about updating my name like Walgreens did. When I've gone for vaccines, they're really kind about me being a giant baby about needles, too. I'm not unhappy with them as a pharmacy, just disappointed recently. If they're short-staffed (seems like that might be the case), I really wish Meijer would just hire some more help for them so they're not stressed and overworked, everyone will be happier for it!

This is the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever experienced in my entire life. Their lack of urgency, lack of communication should have them not be able to operate. Most of the time people need their prescriptions as soon as possible as it could be life or death. Instead you get hung up on if you try and call, or get put on hold for and hour. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be moving all my pharmacy needs else where.

This place is terrible. They told me before that they didn’t have time to fill my child’s prescription which was need for school the next day, when I asked why they stared at me like I had two heads and filled it in the next 10 minutes. As if they just decided not to, but also weren’t expecting to be challenged on it. They have also issued to me the incorrect schedule one prescription drug. Which I’m certain is a pretty big deal. You go here, you tolerate bad service. That’s the thick of it. Marianos is right across the street, and can do 3 times the amount of work with one worker. Compared to the 5 or 6 incompetent employees running around in Meijer’s pharmacy.

One of the most horrible experiences dealing with a pharmacy. Called about a half hour after I spoke with the doctor to verify my prescription was sent in, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone said they had received my prescription and had sounded very annoyed and scoffed when I had asked how long it would take to be ready. I was told it would be ready in about 45 minutes to 60 minutes. I then received a call 45 minutes prior to them closing letting me know they did not have my prescription in stock, when I had asked if they could reach out to the doctor they said they had no way of doing that nor did they offer to transfer or check other locations. Heaven forbid someone actually does their job. I called my doctor immediately after I heard from the Meijer Pharmacy, and she could not believe that they did not tell her it was not in stock or even bother to reach out to her. Never again will I go here when I need a prescription for being ill. They are more focused on closing on time rather than helping the client. If I could give zero stars I would.

I should be able to trust my pharmacy. But I can't trust this place. I've been given the wrong prescription, the wrong medication, the wrong amount of pills. I've been overcharged, given attitude, and very unhappy with the overall service here for a long time. But I'm done. I'm done giving them chances. I'm done putting up with this. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

This pharmacy is always screwing up my prescriptions. They even tried to blame me for one of them. They didn't give me the entire amount of pills in one of my medications and when I brought it to their attention the guy said "are you sure you didn't spill it" Seriously dude? They give me the wrong medicine too. ALWAYS check what they give you before you leave! I need to find a new pharmacy. This one is a joke.
