Very friendly staff. I prefer another local dunkin over this one but I don't hate this one. I feel my order is wrong more than it's right at this one, or maybe they just make their coffee stronger. I'm not sure. Service is kind of slower as well. I still enjoy going there knowing these things.

I simply love dunkin. This particular Dunkin is very clean and organized. It is a stand alone location and has everything on tap. I normally get a cold brew or Americano but tonight got a mango refresher. Kinda hot out and that hit the spot. Please hit the like button if you appreciated this review

This location continues to disappoint. They even got rid of lemons for the iced tea. Come on. Also they got rid of vanilla creme donuts. What a waste of a good location. One of my last orders was for a bagel with butter on the side. Was told "we are out of butter". Good planning and ordering manager.

Sat in line for 20 minutes, ordered a large Charlie cold foam and bagel mini’s. Finally got to the window and they gave me a medium and the wrong flavor bagel mini’s! They didn’t pay attention to my order at all and they never once confirmed my order. They offered to refund my order and re-ring it correctly but that ties up my money for 3-5 days since I paid with a card, and on top of that I had already spent 20 minutes in line! I go to Duncan all over the country and love them, and this was by far my worst experience!

I believe her name is LeAnn or Liane. I have no idea how you spell her name. She normally has her hair dyed pink and blue and in pig tails. Obnoxious, Odious and Crass. Berates fellow employees in front of customers, at the top of her lungs. Is beyond rude to customers in the drive thru and inside. I do not understand how this woman is still working at this establishment. I understand that people have bad days, we all do. But everyday? Time for some troubleshooting or leaving. Unfortunately. Or even some classes on how to better serve customers.

Used to be my favorite Dunkin but now staff unfriendly, dont have even regular k cups for sale, didn't get order right. Had to redo my order, staff running around trying to fill orders but talking about their night out last night. Very disappointed as I said this used to be the friendliest, most efficient crew. Very disappointed.

I wish I knew the name of the girl that helped me, bc she was awesome and she made my order perfectly. They've always been pretty good, but yeah. Dunkin has some of my favorite budget friendly coffee.

I ordered a coffee roll, I received a cinnamon roll. I noticed it and said something and was told, no that's what you ordered. So got home, took a bite. Definitely a cinnamon roll. So I called them, no answer. Called again and was told that that is their version of a coffee roll. I didnt order a cinnamon roll because I didnt want that.. now I've wasted my money on something i wont eat. Thanks!
