When my car needed some work done, my insurance gave me the option of bringing my vehicle to CARSTAR. I was hesitant at first because I wanted to take it to someone I knew and already trusted but decided to take a leap of faith and put my trust into this collision center. Shout out to the ladies in the front - Erica & Cindy for being so kind and helpful! They worked with me from start to finish, always keeping me informed on any new updates and gave me advance notice when my vehicle was due for pick up. As far as the repair to my vehicle....it's freaking great! You can't even tell there was damage done. I appreciate all the help from everyone in the shop who worked on my vehicle. It takes talent, a steady hand, and hard work. You guys have all of that! Thank you :)

Overall shop did a great job with work performed. Only downside is their communication. They were to to put in a supplement report for damages not on estimate but from the same accident. I was told they did and they would advise if the insurance was covering it. I get a call my car is ready and rear damage is still there. Surprise to me. Can’t complain about the actual body work they did. Looks brand new again. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
