I was sold expired hair vitamins from this store. Thank goodness I checked the expiration date before taking them. I purchased them 12/23/21 and they expired in October 2021! I can’t believe this store would be so irresponsible. I’m wondering how many other items are expired in this store. Please be careful if you’re going to shop here!

Store was nice and clean but.... I was the ONLY one in the store the staff didn't approach, say "hi/bye" or, *anything* to! Which is very disappointing because every other location I've been to has great customer service. At first they were all busy, and it was a Saturday so I didn't mind, but once the crowd died down... It was just me, my mom and another customer in the store and NOTHING! There were two women behind the counter just grabbing away, while I was probably walking around for a good 15 minutes looking for stuff. There was no excuse for them not to see me because it is a small store. Maybe I wasn't approached because I didn't look like a rich, Burr Ridge teenager spending Daddy's money🤷🏽♀️, idk, but it really doesn't matter. I was planning on buying nearly $200 worth of product, and I was about to ask for help, but at that point... I was irritated! I dropped my basket, left and gave my $$$ to Ulta. The store being sanitary and clean is the only reason I gave any stars.

Everyone is super friendly, and helpful the location is nearby so I don’t need to go to Orland Park or Oakbrook Mall. The only thing is when I had a question about my receipt the lady next to the cashier explained it to me VERY loudly making me feel like the whole store was listening. Other than I will definitely be shopping at that location

Excellent. Staff is very nice n welcoming everytime I go...I ordered few lip colors online which I didn't like so went to burridge location and it was very smooth n pleasant. No question asked they helped me to find new colors and exchanged ...love this location

Selame (im probably spelling her bame wrong) was AWESOME! very knowledgeable on the products. I went for 1 thing and left with 2. Very nice, pleasant, and bubbly.
