Either run heated water through your lines or close your car wash completely until warmer weather comes. I just got robbed of like 5 bucks along with another guy when we both tried to use the open car wash stations. Every other car wash place I went to was closed so people DONT put in their money and have it stolen because the lines are frozen. Either this guy who runs this place lacks common sense, or hes perfectly okay with robbing people of their money. Close your car wash until warmer weather comes. Other wise don’t make it look like your car wash is open if the lines are froze.

Normally I would not hesitate to graciously rate the 5th star for the 5 Star Car Wash but lately it has been on the downside each visit lately. Either no water pressure, selections not switching and jammed coin slots. But other than that, it is the cheapest car wash in the area by far!!!!

Tried two different bays, neither one had soap, wax or no spot rinse on the wand. The only place I could get soap was from the brush. I won't be back.

This place is a joke. I normally am not quick to leave a bad review but after 4 days of trying to reach someone I’m fed up. Spend $8 to wash my truck and the rinse left white streaks all over the truck. The spot free rinse must be full of soap or wax or something. I can’t find a worker or accurate number anywhere. What kind of business has this kind of service? I’d like my money back!

This place is a joke. They have 3 jobs, 1) wash cars 2) dry cars 3) vacuum cars They fail at two of them, the dryer in automatic wash is a total joke, it doesn’t dry a thing and the vacuums take your quarters and won’t turn on. Literally how can you not keep this place up and running? This is about the easiest business to own and you fail miserably.

0/10 used the automatic wash but the rig didn't work. So I called them up and left a message. They never called back. So I called again and what sounded like a teenage kid picks up and says "my manager will call you right now " he never calls. I keep calling back and no one answers. They took my money and made no attempt to resolve the issue.
