I love this place! The workouts are intense yet very satisfying. The coaches are supportive in ensuring you’re doing the movements properly to prevent injury and the other members are inviting and friendly. Definitely feels like teamwork and it motivates me on this fitness journey!

Joining Stone Age was the best decision I could have EVER made for my health. I’ve never thought of myself as someone who enjoyed working out, but Stone Age has helped me develop a deep love for it. The coaches are incredible and meet you where you’re at. I’m so excited to see how much I can grow and I look forward to every class. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Stone Age Athletic Club is an awesome place with coaches who really care and want each person to succeed. For me personally, the ability and willingness to meet me where I am and can succeed has been exceptional. I cannot do a full CrossFit workout but the coaches readily offer modifications or alternatives that I can do and will prevent injury while gaining strength. Their goal for each of us is strength and a healthier life. Come join us and see how much fun you can have working out…no judgement, only encouragement leading to success!

Wonderful gym with amazing coaches ! If you are new to the gym atmosphere or very experienced you will fit in, they do an excellent job of making everyone feel welcome. The class sizes are the perfect size for the coaches to focus on each athlete.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I joined their Barbell Club and the coach, Alex, is very attentive and knowledgeable. He gives great feedback and you can tell he loves what he does. I've seen a lot of improvement in my lifts and have gotten stronger. Highly recommend!

I joined Stone Age a few months back. The facilities, coaches, and members are awesome! Coaches are very knowledgeable and will be patient in teaching you the correct techniques. The members are made up of a variety of skill levels so you wouldn’t feel out of place if you are not in good shape, but if you are there are plenty of members that will push you to get those competitive juices flowing.

I joined about a month ago and I love it. The coaches are great, very experienced and knowledgeable. It’s a very encouraging environment which makes me more motivated to come back and keep working every day! First gym I have joined and I'm very happy with the coaches and the community. Brendan has been a great teacher especially since I have never weight lifted before. He is always willing to hang around to answer questions or take time out of his own workout during open gym to help me. All the other coaches I have taken so far are also awesome.

I came into this gym looking to make a change to my normal workout routine, and I couldn't have been happier with my decision to join this gym. The coaches are extremely welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable, and all the patrons are friendly and down to earth from my experience.
