Rude on the phone!! I ordered a pizza and was told 15 to 20 min. Showed up 25 min later and they hadn’t even started it. My order was still hanging out of the machine. No apologies given the only answer why was cause he was busy.

It's an interesting Casey's no one seems to be in charge. Call ahead before you go get your pizza because they don't seem to care about the pick up time given on the APP. Pizza was good. Casey's made it right so I think they deserve 5 stars for listening to their customer.

Why repeat why would you get rid of the great coffee makers you had and replace them with them things that you have now I haven't bought coffee from you guys since then especially since the manager said oh you'll like it you'll grow to like it no I won't because I do not like that type of coffee

Me and my mom went to Casey’s and I got some cheese and apple tray, my grapes were old and my cheese.Also my tray was expired. My mom got a sandwich and it didn’t taste that good.

Love their pizza! Taco pizza and pepperoni pizza are our favorites. They are fast, friendly and always on time with the estimate when the pizzas will be ready. The app is super easy to use to order. Maybe just a little too easy... Highly recommended!

Management changed and the place has terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza waited 30 minutes and went to pick it up. It wasn't ready but it was in the oven. My pizza wasn’t in the oven, neither were the four after. They then offered to make me one and it would be another 30 minutes and free. Poorly managed!

Consistently good service with a great location. Tasty snacks: pizza by the slice and so many great greasy delicious options. Some lighter fare too, prepackaged deli sandwiches and the like.

Store is clean and staff helpful. The Casey's app offers specials for take out or delivery reasonably priced. Try a breakfast pizza if you have out of town visitors or order a hot pizza ahead of time from app. Excellent service and only worthy contender for Germantown Hills area.
