Had a full detailing done. When I noticed that there were some stains still on fabric seats, I drove back and the took the time to steam clean them out. Also gave me good advice on not only how to protect upholstery, but on some body work. Mark (the owner) is great!! I had my husband take my car there today. He asked to focus on the interior i.e shampoo, vacuum, and wipe down. The guy said it would take too long and we should have made an appointment. No where on the website or on Google does it state that appointments are required for certain services. Then he proceeded to wash the outside and just vacuum it. If I wanted that done I would have taken it to the auto wash where they give you the 5 day guarantee.

Do you want to attitude this is a great place. I have come here a couple of times. This visit at the end I asked the guy to wipe the dead bugs off my roof rack and was told that they don’t do that because it’s not part of the car. Totally ridiculous. I get it if you want to charge a couple extra bucks but what’s the big deal. Don’t waste your time or money.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. If for some reason you plan on taking your car to get a wash here make sure you keep your eyes on your car at all time, employees don't take care of the customers cars. They will step all the way down on the gas pedal when you (as a customer) is not looking. I took mine in perfect conditions to get it wash , when my car was ready i didn't bother to check around the car, I trusted "CLEAN GETAWAY" to be a professional car wash. Once I got home I realized a scratch on my bumper I took it back the next day and they wouldn't take responsibility they said they would try to get the scratch off but it was obvious they didn't even bother trying , all they kept saying was that it didn't happened there, after they realized they couldn't take the scratches off. This car wash ended costing me 200 to repair my bumper!!!! never again will i take any cars here !!

Owner here. Don't mind a negative review as long as the whole story is told. I remember Mr. Satalovici's visit clearly and what is not mentioned is that he brought in a black crew cab car hauler with about a million bugs on it that had been baked onto the paint for what appeared to be weeks. The rest of the truck was a mess as well. We removed about 999,900 or so and left the last 100 for him. Sign clearly states that excessive bugs are removed at additional cost. He wanted every bug removed so I gave him the bug remover and told him he could stay as long as he liked. He spent another 20 minutes & still didn't get them all. Was charged $25 (a gift) and the cheapskate didn't tip. We will not mourn his loss but rather continue to serve our loyal customers as we have for the past 17 years. I gave us 4 stars as there is always room for improvement.
